1, Our machines all feed with Huadian CNC Controlleror Siemens, Fanuc, can achieve double spindle linkage then finish to process Bore-hole, Screw thread and Sphere. The CNC Controller has good compatibility, powerful function and easy operation.
2, The Feed Sliding table guideway use high quality gray casting iron, trough rough casting, tempering and aging treatment by three times.Fully eliminate the residual internal stress, The surface of the guide way adopts super audio quenching and the hardness is up to HRC55.Through high precision grinder processing, to ensure the accuracy, rigidity, stability.
3, The transmission part adopts precision ball screw and interpolation to eliminate the gap, to ensure the machine drive steady.
4, The power head is equipped with three stage manual speed change with powerful motor, achieve low speed but high torque, can withstand heavy cutting load, improve processing efficiency.
5, The working equipment adopts Hydraulic pressure-automatic clamping, to improve efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
6, The machine adopts Centralized lubrication, to ensure that the full lubrication of each moving parts then improve the service life of machine tools.
The machine features horizontal straight bed design and is in compliance with safety standards. Main machine bodies, ie. bed, support leg, etc are of resin sand casting with timing treatment, which guarantees superb stability of the machine.
Horizontal and cross travels are driven by servo motors together with high precision ball screws and high rigid precision bearings. Pulse encoders are equipped to form a semi-closed-loop control. High frequency induction hardened guideways bonded with Turcite-B material enable fast response of moving axes, high accuracy and long machine life.
With unique auto gear changing mechanism, the machine enjoys a short tool setting time and high working efficiency.
45-degree slant bed design of one piece construction. Square induction hardened guideways bonded with Turcite-B material enable sound dynamic characteristics. Wide range AC servo motor is equipped in the main transmission system for big torque output at low speed. Big bore pneumatic driven chucks are fitted to both the front and rear end of the spindle. Tailstock with pneumatic driven quill and 8 station electric turrets are also equipped on this machine. It is an ideal machine for oil field, chemistry, engineering, etc industries, i.e.oil pipes, well drilling rods, etc.
