this is a novelty type of ready to print discharge paste especially for denim but if required one can print on knitted garments also.

procedure-

add 2-3drops of water to the paste if it looks dry.

then print dry cure at 150c for 3 minutes and then discharge is ready.

if you require a wash than wash it with a regular detergent and your discharge is ready.

white paste is to give white discharge and clear paste is to give natural look as well as add colour and fixer to give colour discharge to denim.

it is a very powerful discharge so please take a pre-trial and then if u want; reduce the discharge action by adding water to dilute it.

• no need to add any activator powder as the paste already contains discharging agents.
• stability of the paste is approximately for 3 months.
• any water base pigment can be easily added in to the paste to obtain pigment discharge.

precaution: 3mins curing is compulsory at 150c in curing chamber & check the wet & dry rubbing fastness after 24 hrs as a compulsion.

• There are 50 preparers of plastisol in the market but we have develop a product which is very easy to print, no need to add any kind of reducer, one can take their production very faster, and it has more coverage, more softness & better opacity in case of white, main thing about our plastisol are one can wash the screen by normal water, which can change the colours in production on much faster then any other ink.

• Rasa white/black it is basic colours in printing of plastisol is a very typical subject. Plastisol has more coverage, ground arresting, more softness & more elaasomeric effect especially on cotton & polyester knits as well as the denim & 100% cotton substrates. It gives very different look on garments. The basic colours in plastisol series are white / lotus white & jet black.

Pigment Emulsions in Printing

Pigment Emulsion are Dispersed Organic Pigment for Printing on Cotton, Viscose, Nylon, Polyester, Fabrics and their blends. Pigment Emulsions are Processed with advanced Technology to achieve excellent brilliancy and fatness Properties due to micron size of 0.2 Mue Dispertion.Pigment Binder Along with Pigment Emulsion Give high Degree of fastness and brilliant shades . These can also be inter Mixed to get different desired shades.

Rasa Silicon Fluid is a reactive amino ethyl amino-propyl functional poly dim ethyl siloxane.

Application

Rasa Silicon Fluid is particularly suitable as active substance in softener formulations for the impregnation of fibers and textiles. Rasa Silicon Fluid imparts a very soft drapable and smooth handle to woven and knitted fabrics Rasa Silicon Fluidis considered to be the most excellent softening agent for cotton fabrics and knitwear made of cotton or cotton/PES blends. Rasa Silicon Fluid improves the wash and wear properties and the crease recovery angle sewability and tear strength and reduces abrasion loss. The effects are fast to washing and dry cleaning.

• Rasa flocks -it is flock powder, in nylon three quality such as trilobal (highest shine) semi dull, full dull in different size, such as 0.6 mm & 1.0 mm in 16 shades along with excellent white, off white & jet black.

Dispersing agent da is a especial chemical things, it have a good disperse in dyeing process. Da is universal, low foam, disperse leveling agent. Can be used in dyeing for a majority of fabric for example the wool, the terylene, the chinlon, the acetic fibre, the acrylic fibre, and the blend fabric etc, especial used dyeing in high temperature for the terylene and the acrylic fibre, it is stability in hard water , acid, basic it, electrolyte. It does not affect the color in high temperature dyeing, and it no bad odor. It can be added in dyeing bath directly, or dissolve the hot water and add to the bath, it help the nonion auxiliaries stability

Application:-Discharge Transparent Base Improve for Several Usage.The ratio Of Binder Is optimizated for Soft Handle and Fastness.for the colors which needs high pigment ratio like rede, dark blue etc.make sample and check washing Fastnesses.If Fastness are not good enough add Printex Fixirer or Printex Catalyzer SV 2 to improve Fastness.

Activator :Activator is an reductive material to discharge celulosic base dischargeable cotton garments and coloured garments Appearance is cristalize white powder.Keep in close container ad protect from moisture and other chemicals.Use glove and be carefull about other safety regulations. Add 70 g Activator in 1 Kg of discharging paste.Mix Carefully, wait 10-20 minutes and mix again.Be sure about dissolving of the powder in paste exactly.Prepared paste storage life is 4 -4.5 hours.After this time dont use this ink anymore and prepare new ink again by this way.

Usage;You can add white pigment paste to have white colour and opaque printings.Accoding to printing efects add 20-30%white pigment paste

Though generally disperse dyes are dyed in h.T./h.P. Conditions, for the discharge style of printing, grounds are dyed by pad method for obtaining the desired discharge printing results. The pad dyeing of disperse dyes poses many problems such as uneven dyeing due to migration tailing effect deeper shades are difficult to dye.

Rasa Ash Concis cost effective buffered liquid alkali designed for use in the reactive dyeing of cellulosic materials. It is easier to use compared to the use of soda ash owing to its nature.
