• Light weight but enhances stiffness and stability.  Widely used for Floors, Partitions, Facades, roofs,
• Doors etc. It has applications in Cleanrooms, Laser cutting beds, LED panels Aircrafts etc.

PIR (POLYISOCYANURATE)sandwich panels are preferred because

Polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam is chemically and thermally more stable: breakdown of isocyanurate bonds is reported to start above 200C, compared with urethane at 100 to 110C.

Fire Resistance of this material is better than B-3 types PU.

These are Insulated Panels comprising of PIR (Poly isocyanurate) Insulated rigid Core, which is generally Self Fire Extinguishing in nature is sandwiched between two sheets of metal or Aluzinc sheets. These are light weight and ready to use for Industrial and Commercial applications. Hi Rib panels are for roof application and Low/ Micro rib/ Flat panels are for Walls and ceiling applications. The Insulation provides high-quality protection from the severe ambient and supports to maintain the cooling on the inside. The PIR panels are available in different thicknesses.

It is composite material comprises of Aluminum skin on both sides and Insulation/Rigid material as its core.

Usually, 0.5mm is the thickness of the Aluminum skin; Optional thicknesses are 0.3mm and 0.4mm, however maximum thickness is 0.5mm only.

CORE MATERIAL:

• XLDPE Core/Polyethylene/Petroleum based core
• Mineral wool core (Fire Retardant properties).
• Different colors are offered - Polyester (PE) and PVDF.
• 3m, 4mm, 6mm is the total thickness of the panel/ACP. Standard width is 1m (1000mm).
• 6m is the max. length that can be provided, 1m-1.5m are the regular width.
