ShreeCera-:ShreeCera modules are compressed bio soluble blankets folded with specially designed internal anchoring system which gives choice of attaching the module to the shell by welding, bolting or self tapping screw method.
ShreeCera Bio soluble module anchoring systems can provide an option of backup blanket lining with hot face modular lining.
A backup blanket lining serves as safety lining serves as safety lining in all unlikely event of module failure. It also makes it convenient to provide vapour barrier for protection against attack of sulphur gases on the furnace sell.

ShreeCeraWool is a light weight thermal insulation material produced by spun process from a high purity alumina-silica composition having long and high refractory properties and resistant to most chemical attack.
ShreeCera-:Blanket is a light weight needled blanket, provides effective solution to a wide range of thermal insulation applications. Manufactured using state of the art spinning and double needling technique, these blankets offer low thermal conductivity and superior insulation performance.
ShreeCera Blanket is made from high purity Alumina, Silica and Zirconia. It is highly efficient insulator with extremely low shrinkage characteristics.
ShreeCera-:In the layered construction (Blanket, Board and Moist pack) the anchors are exposed to hot face temperature and are limiting factors for use of Ceramic fiber in high temperature applications. To overcome this limitation, modules are used.

ShreeCera Ceramic fiber paper consists primarily of high purity alumino-silicate fiber and is made through a fiber washing process. This process controls the unwanted content to a very minimal level within the paper. KT ceramic fiber paper features light weight, structure uniformity and low thermal conductivity, which serve as a perfect solution for high temperature insulation, chemical corrosion resistance, and thermal shock resistance. Ceramic fiber paper can be used in various types of refractory and sealing applications and is available with a variety of thicknesses and temperature ratings.

ShreeCera Ceramic Fiber Textiles include the finished products of Ceramic Fiber Yarn, Ceramic Fiber Tape, Ceramic Fiber Cloth, etc. ShreeCera Ceramic Fiber Textile is specially processed with ceramic fiber spun bulk, alkali-free glass filament, and high temperature resistant stainless alloy wires. Besides the above products, we can also make high temperature resistant textile according to the customers' demands for specific operating temperature, conditions, and performance. ShreeCera Ceramic Fibre Textiles can be used upto 1250C but when tensile strength is important, the temperature limits of the inserted material is to be considered.
ShreeCera Ceramic Textile Productscan be made available with minimum or no organic carrier. The main advantage of this product is exceptionally low smoke-off upon heating compared with standard fiber textiles. Consequently, these products are very much suited to fire protection applications and for hot wrapping of cables, pipes and ducts. These products are available only with SS wire re-inforcement.
ShreeFoamRigid PU foam cored pipe sections manufactured and are available in varied sizes and density. Being CFC free polyurethane Foam, it is "Environment Friendly" and have excellent dimensional and thermal insulation properties together with compressive strength
ShreeFoamPIR has low smoke emission and will not melt or dip in a fire. PIR being Polyisocyanurate foam, has a higher hot surface performance upto 150C compared to 110C of normal Polyurethane foam.
After successfully manufacturing and marketing Ceramic Fiber Products, high "ShreeCera" temperature insulation material, have now entered into production arena of a "ShreeFoam" low temperature industrial insulation material making available insulation material required for high temperature and low temperature insulation under one roof.
Polyurethane (PUF)foam has outstanding insulation properties to maintain temperature in 0cold / hot environments. PUF Materials are suitable for temperature range between -180 C to +110C.
Polyisocyanurate (PIR)foam slabs and pipe sections are suitable for use between -200C to +150C. It has low thermal conductivity value of maximum 0.021 w/mk at 10C. It is not easily ignitable and has negligible water permeability and is most suited insulation material for cold/chilled pipelines & equipments. PIR is the recommended insulation material for LNG pipe insulation.
