Krishna SKP 104 Semiautomatic Flute Laminator Machine is used to paste the color-printing surface paper together with the bottom paper, cardboard or corrugated sheet accurately. It is suitable for lamination of corrugated cardboard to paperboard, and paperboard to paperboard.
It provides automatic feeding of bottom sheet and normal front feeding of top sheet with flexible front gauge positioning to control the laminating precision.

Krishna Eccentric Slotting Machine is used for slotting & corner cutting of the corrugated board simultaneously. It has comprises motorized construction finish featuring presence of 3 slotting dies and 1 corner cutting die that come fitted with racks for allowing easy and convenient movement support.
The distance between two slots, slot depth and the side gauges as well as the gap between lower knives are adjustable with gear and rack mechanism provided with the machine. Two Side gauges are provided for accurate feeding. The upper dies move in an arc so that the board is slotted in a shearing manner. The system also comes with suitable locking support so as to ensure no change in size during involved production operations

Machine can do slitting, creasing, slotting & corner cutting jobs in single stroke as per design rotary die fitted on machine roll. Machine adopts electric & hydraulic part combination control for safe and high production.Main roll is made of high quality steel, thoroughly balanced and hard chrome plated. Soft coat automatic repair structure, could be repair 3-4 times, improve rubber mat work-life, Rubber roll sleeve is made of imported high quality, cutting time could be 8 million to 10 million time.

Krishna Reel to Sheet Cutter is designed for high production and straight cutting of sheet or two ply corrugated board without damaging flutes & linear paper. PIV chain gear box is provided for adjusting cutting length of sheet (18 to 100).
This machine can also be synchronized directly with corrugation machine. While machine is in operation, it is easy to adjust the sheets with the help of a wheel. For stacking sheets a delivery conveyor is provided to carry the cut sheets.Approximate maximum speed is 200 feet per minute.

Measuring the number of flutes per lineal foot is a more reliable method of identifying flute size than measuring board thickness, which can vary due to manufacturing conditions. The most common flute size in corrugated boxes is B flute.

5-Ply Corrugated Board Making Plant
Krishna Board Cutter is manually operated and used for cutting of paper or corrugated board into sheets of required size. The paper of corrugated roll is mounted on reel stand and cut into sheets by unwinding it.
It is heavy duty castled frame, & the black platform can be provided in the required length. Front & back guides are provided. The cutting arm is well balanced to enable free cutting with the slightest pressure. The cutting blades are of knife steel & precision ground.

Krishna Sheet Pasting Machine is meant for gluing the fluted side of two ply board to make corrugated board of different ply. The rolls of the machine are evenly finished to ensure even gluing of the boards. The speed of machine is 150 meters/minute.

Krishna Reel stand is equipped with hydraulic lifting arrangement, twin shafts, limit switches and web tension control. Reel Stand is available in 1mtr or 1.5 mtr diameter.
Reel clamping is done by adjustable cones, Reel lifting is perform by hydraulic as well as motorised arrangement and web tension is control by manual brake set. Extra heavy duty steel arms are provided for holding the paper reels. With heavy duty pipe line form power pack consisting hand lever to control the motion of lifting arms.
