ELECTRIC DRYER/ TUMBLER MACHINE

The main function of this machine is removing the moisture/powders form the product. The rotating drum is mounted in the machine which is rotate clockwise direction in nominal speed. Drum is connected with motor with pulley and sprocket chain arrangement.

Automatic Self Cleaning Filter

Our Strainer is a self-cleaning strainer for continuous straining of liquids in closed systems.Our Strainer removes debris from natural water sources such as sea water or river water. It can also be used to remove particles in process liquids.

There are two types of Self cleaning filters are available.

1) Scrapper Mechanism Type:-With Automated Control System monitoring the Strainer operation, cleaning is accomplished by an internal Scrapper Mechanism. When cartridge gap gets plugged up by impurities and the differential pressure reaches its pre-set value. Then PLC inspects the signal and sends out the indication. The gear motor drives the scraper and the particles or agglomerates are skimmed from the surface, thereby keeping the function of cartridge well and keeping the cartridge gap clean.
When the impurities at the bottom of the filter increases, the drain valve opens up and the impurities are emptied successfully, which makes the system pressure achieve normality. Because of well-set position and optimum scraping angle, the rotational scraper drains off the impurities from the filter with the help of the gear motor. This avoids the burden of taking apart the cartridge and washing it, which results into successful filtration of the medium.
The scraper system contains stator, PTFE scraper and spring, which are designed for automatic cleaning, and especially for the reasonable spring pressure, maximally reducing the cartridges abrasion.

2) Disc Type :-With Automated Control System monitoring the Strainer operation, cleaning is accomplished by a disc. This is operated by pneumatic cylinder. When cartridge gap gets plugged up by impurities and the differential pressure reaches its pre-set value. Then PLC inspects the signal and sends out the indication. A spring-loaded cleaning disc moves up and down inside the filter screen and removes collected contaminants. The filtrate flows from top to bottom, and from inside of the screen to outside. The contaminants that are collected on the screen are easily removed and evacuated to the collection chamber. On the down stroke, any remaining contaminants are driven downwards to the collection chamber while on the upstroke, the cleaning disc removes contaminants from the screen surface.

HORIZONTAL SPIRAL SCREEN

A Horizontal screen (also rotation screen, drum screen) is used to separate and sieve suspended solids and fibers contained in effluent and process water. The rotary drum strainer is made of stainless steel and therefore suitable for a wide range of applications.Our rotary drum strainers are designed specifically for each application. It is possible, for example, to treat wash and process water of high temperatures. The rotation screen can also be used as a washing drum or a drainage system for different kinds of products.
The actual sieve process takes place inside the rotary drum. The influent is fed into the drum via a distributing channel ensuring an equally distribution onto the screening surface. The effluent flows through the filter drum into a collector for the clarified water. Solid particles are retained by the filter and carried out by a conveyor screw. The rotating filter drum is continuously cleaned by a brush roller and a spray device.Rotary drums are mainly used in situations with a high water flow and relatively small load of solid particles. The drum is preferably made of perforated stainless steel sheets. This has essential advantages especially when fibrous particles have to be separated, as they come off the drum more easily in comparison to slotted hole screens.Typical applications are for example: Wash water for vegetables with fibrous waste material such as roots and leafs, zoo pools containing food residues or wash water containing foil shavings.

Manual Bar Screen

A screen is a device with openings for removing bigger suspended or floating matter in sewage which would otherwise damage equipment or interfere with satisfactory operation of treatment units.

Types of Screens

Coarse Screens:Coarse screens also called racks, are usually bar screens, composed of vertical or inclined bars spaced at equal intervals across a channel through which sewage flows. Bar screens with relatively large openings of 75 to 150 mm are provided ahead of pumps, while those ahead of sedimentation tanks have smaller openings of 50 mm.
Bar screens are usually hand cleaned and sometimes provided with mechanical devices. These cleaning devices are rakes which periodically sweep the entire screen removing the solids for further processing or disposal. Hand cleaned racks are set usually at an angle of 45 to the horizontal to increase the effective cleaning surface and also facilitate the raking operations. Mechanical cleaned racks are generally erected almost vertically. Such bar screens have openings 25% in excess of the cross section of the sewage channel.

Medium Screens:Medium screens have clear openings of 20 to 50 mm.Bar are usually 10 mm thick on the upstream side and taper slightly to the downstream side. The bars used for screens are rectangular in cross section usually about 10 x 50 mm, placed with larger dimension parallel to the flow.

Fine Screens:Fine screens are mechanically cleaned devices using perforated plates; woven wire cloth or very closely spaced bars with clear openings of less than 20 mm. Fine screens are not normally suitable for sewage because of clogging possibilities.

MECHANICAL ARM SCREEN

The equipment is fully automatic. It is controlled by a head loss sensor or by a timer. When cleaning system is required, the geared motor is switched on, pulling the cleaning rake which was originally in the horizontal position. This is rotated by electric motor which is connected with cleaning rake by gearbox. Multi Rack Screen

Mechanical Multi Rake Bar Screen is a mechanically cleaned screen suitable for inlet works of treatment plants, pumping stations and inlet water structures. The screen captures solid materials which otherwise would be harmful to the following process and to the downstream equipment.

Operation:
Thus the operation can be adjusted to the incoming flow. A level sensor is installed in the channel in front of the screen. The screen starts when a pre-set water level is reached and operates until the water level is below the pre-set value. The cycle is repeated when the level is reached again. In operation, sewage flows though the inclined screen, approaching from the upstream side and after passing through the screen, departing on the downstream side. The screen is periodically raked by a mechanized comb system which is actuated either by level switches mounted in the channel upstream of the screen or by time clock. A doctor blade at the top of the comb travel removes the screenings collected by the moving combs. The moving combs are suspended between two endless side chains, which are driven through a head shaft, and sprockets. The gear motor and moving comb system is protected from damage caused by jamming by a torque overload coupling with a micro switch. The screenings removed from the doctor blade drop onto a skid plate, which transports the screening down to a container, belt conveyor or sluice pipe.

VERTICAL SCREW SCREEN

Vertical screen is a compact and simple unit used for separation and handling of screenings in sewage treatment plants as well as industrial sites. The vertical screen combines sieving, washing and pressing functions in one unit.

Waste water is screened through the lower sieve part of the unit installed inside a channel or a tank. The separation can be done with a perforated plate or with a wedge wire. The sieving element is shaped as a trough equipped with a spiral inside, conveying the captured separated screenings. The spiral is fitted with a brush inside the sieving through to prevent clogging.

The enclosure contributes to a good working environment and it gives a good conveying ability. Inside the conveying section the screenings are washed and conveyed to the discharge end on top. The washing water, used to wash out the organics from the screenings, is added in the opposite direction to the spiral movement. The screenings are shredded into pieces at the discharge in order to eliminate large compact screenings that can cause problems at incineration.

The conveyed screenings are dewatered up to 45% before being shredded into smaller pieces and finally discharged.

Waste Water Horizontal Scraper

Circular tanks require careful design of the inlet stilling well (inlet buffer) to achieve a stable radial flow pattern without causing excessive turbulence in the vicinity of the central sludge hopper.

The removal efficiency of the chain and flight type collector mechanism is much higher than that of bridge type mechanisms. This is due to the large number of flights. Moreover, the power consumption and maintenance cost of these devices are minimal.
