YELLOW  OCHERYellow Ocher other name is Goethite, limonite, raw sienna, yellow earth, yellow iron oxide, yellow hydrated oxide and iron hydroxide pigment, The main color giving component of natural yellow ochre (ocher, yellow earth) is limonite which is not a single mineral but a mixture of several iron-containing minerals among them goethite, akageneite, lepidocrocite, and jarosite, goethite (iron oxide hydroxide α-FeOOH) being the main component.

Iron oxides are stable at high temperatures but not resistant against acids. The pigment is absolutely stable as is documented by the cave paintings still in excellent condition after many thousands of years. It is compatible with all other pigments and is often used in mixture with other paints.

APPLICATION
Paint & Pharmaceutical Industries

  • This ocher is mainly used in paint and pharma industries suitable for producing chinaware, porcelain, and refractories.
  • These character of Yellow Ocher is necessary to obtain the necessary properties of plasticity, shrinkage, vitrification for forming and firing the ware.

Oil Absorption and GrindingOcher absorbs a moderately high amount of oil. The oil absorption ratio is 30–35 parts by weight of linseed oil to 100 parts by weight of pigment. If the measurement were grams, this pigment would require 30-35 grams of pigment to grind 100 grams of linseed oil to form a stiff paste. It slows the drying of oil paint, but forms a good film.

Gypsum Bentonite CMS Granules

  • Calcium (Ca) 20 %
  • Magnesium (Mg) 5%
  • Sulphur 20%
  • Dosage Dosage depends on the soil pH and the soil type, general guidelines is given below.

Our Manufacturing Unit is located at Sihor GIDC Bhavnagar in State of Gujarat, India. And are actively involved in manufacturing of Bentonite Fertilizer, Soil Conditioner, CMS Granules,   Micronutrient Fertilizer & Bio Fertilizer.  At the outset we commenced from the grass root level. Gypsum Bentonite Granules  as a  CMS -Calcium, Magnesium Suplphate  are made of  Bentonite, phosphoric gypsum (CaSO4.2H2O),   it is a good source of calcium, magnesium and sulfur. Bentonite clay is used as a binding agent to form spherical granules.  It is a well-known fact that Gypsum is a soil conditioner which is the cheapest and nature friendly source of secondary nutrient calcium and sulphur. It can be applied on all crops at any stage.

ApplicationsUnfavourable soil conditions are the primary reasons for lower productivity of agriculture produce, their rectification is prerequisite for a profitable agriculture, Soil Conditioner has to be mixed with soil at least 3 weeks prior to sowing or planting / transplanting or before sowing.

The Effects Of Using Soil Conditioner

  • Regulates/Stabilizes the pH level.
  • Better disease resistance.
  • Improves the storage characteristics and shelf life and therefore a reduction in post harvesting losses.
  • Crops being able to better tolerate the stresses due to high and low temperatures.
  • Improves crop yields and quality.
  • Improves the Strength of the cell walls
  • Induces resistance to pests and diseases.
  • It boosts growths rate.

Soil Amendment Or Conditioner

  • Increases moisture absorption, absorbs its weight in water.
  • Retains moisture for plant use.
  • Improves soil-air-oxygen exchange.
  • Reduces compaction of soil.
  • Keeps soil loose and friable.
  • Accelerates drainage of water.
  • Promotes deep rooting.
  • Prevents "burn-out" of plants in dry weather.
  • Is sterile and weed-seed free.

How Soil Conditioners Work?At Datvi Industries, we believe the best crops are grown in soils that have balanced chemical, physical and biological properties. For a long time, it has been known that plants need more than N-P-K nutrients for healthy growth. However, today agriculture is based on the Liebig’s theory of water-soluble minerals as the only requirement for healthy, nutrition and growth of plants.

Why Use Our Soil Conditioners?Plants fed with organic sources of nutrients from soil conditioners (or soil amendments) can deliver the same yield compared to those of chemical fertilizers. In addition, the quality of the proteins, vitamins and other essential components for healthy nutrition are superior in the plants grown under an organic regime.

What is BCG - These are Black double roasted granules roasted at 700 * C temperature. Raw granules are made from selected high quality Bentonite clay containing high amount mainly AL2o3 and Si02

Uses - They are widely used as carrier in formulation of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, bio-pesticides, Plants growth promoter and Bio-fertilizers.

Benefits - It acts as a preservative of active ingredients. It saves the technical ingredients from the direct ultraviolet rays of sun. It is in the form of granules so it's easy to apply in the field in wind condition and also on the standing crop. It can be easily mix with seed before sowing. Due its hardness and high absorbent capacity while formulation it doesn't stick to the wall of granulator or form cakes. Hence it doesn't contaminate the technical material formulated on it. After it comes in contact of water it releases the active ingredients slowly over a long period of time hence reducing the chances of wash out in high rain or water logging condition. As the raw clay used to make blank granules is soft by nature hence make the land softer and moist. In spite of the above mentioned wide uses and benefits it is a low cost filler material.
