Pulse Jet Bag filter

It purifies air with filter bag cage to settle the dust from direct pollution. It measures forms the unit particle/million(PPM level).the bags are designed as per dust particles, pollutions, oxidic gasses, and temperature. the quality of Bags like fiberglass, polyester, non-owen polyester, etc. as per dust particles. This helps in preventing environmental pollution, wich controls eco effect. With force of compressed air, pulse jet valve is used in cleaning the bags at the certain specific time interval, thus ID fan release clean air in atmosphere. This is controlled from electric control pannel.

Multi clone fly ash collector (MDC)

Multi clone fly ash collector is installed before the pulse jet bag filter as the temperature and dust are very high. for cleaning purpose we use casting clones and pipes. Multi clone fly ash collector doesn't need electricity, its complete manual system. ID fan filters the polluted dust and releases the fresh air in the atmosphere.
