Back painted glass is a very unique use of the glass, where the glass leaves its nature of being transparent and converted in to an opaque one. The use of this glass style needs customization and it can be toughened as well.

Back painted glass can create and drama to the theme, e.g. logo, theme, faces OR abstract can be painted and install at various places like kitchen, drawing room partition, temple, back rest of the bed OR the wall behind the bed OR on the door.

Various sizes and thickness can be used for back painted glass like 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm & 12mm.

It also can be clubbed and sandwhiched with mirror as well.

The Insulated glass is a prefabricated unit made of two or more glass panes, which have been separated by an air gap and edge-sealed together. This edge seal not only binds the individual sheets of glass together to maintain the mechanical strength of the joint but also protects the space between the glass from outside influences. The air enclosed between the two glass panes is dried with a desiccant. Because of the low heat conductivity of the enclosed dry air between the glass panes, heat transmission through the window is drastically reduced. Tempered, Laminated, reflective, low-E, tinted or clear glass can be used.

Tempered glass is about four times stronger than “ordinary” or ”annealed glass”. And unlike annealed glass, which can shatter into jagged shards when broken, tempered glass fractures into small, relatively harmless pieces.

This is the process that makes the glass four to five times stronger and safer than annealed or untreated glass. As a result, tempered glass is less likely to experience a thermal break. With heat-strengthened glass, the cooling process is slower, which means the compression strength is lower.
