Our Products
Our Complete range of products are Clutch Release Bearings, Tapper Roller Bearings, Ball Bearings, double row angular contact bearings and Thrust Bearings.
During gear shifting, release bearing push diaphragm spring finger due to release fork movement. That is release bearing push diaphragm spring finger as moving toward engine side, pressure plate is mowed engine opposite by the reason of a lever principle. As a result clutch is disengaged and power is cut off. Except during gear shifting, power is transmission due to contact of pressure plate and clutch disk.
Clutch release bearing always rotates same RPM as crank shaft and during gear shifting, axial load is applied to release bearing.
In a manual transmission, the gears and shafts are supported on bearings or bearing surfaces, which allow for rotation and also maintain the alignment of the components.
We can also help customers to design and produce a special dimension for your special requirement.

The inner and outer ring raceways are segments of cones and the rollers are also made with a taper so that the conical surfaces of the raceways and the roller axes if projected, would all meet at a common point on the main axis of the bearing.
This conical geometry is used as it gives a larger contact patch, which permits greater loads to be carried than with spherical (ball) bearings, while the geometry means that the tangential speeds of the surfaces of each of the rollers are the same as their raceways along the whole length of the contact patch and no differential scrubbing occurs. When a roller slides rather than rolls, it can generate wear at the roller-to-race interface, i.e. the differences in surface speeds creates a scrubbing action. Wear will degenerate the close tolerances normally held in the bearing and can lead to other problems. Much closer to pure rolling can be achieved in a tapered roller bearing and this avoids rapid wear.
The rollers are guided by a flange on the inner ring. This stops the rollers from sliding out at high speed due to their momentum.
The larger the half angles of these cones the larger the axial force that the bearing can sustain.Tapered roller bearings are separable and have the following components: outer ring, inner ring, and roller assembly (containing the rollers and a cage). The non-separable inner ring and roller assembly is called the cone, and the outer ring is called the cup. Internal clearance is established during mounting by the axial position of the cone relative to the cup.
Metric tapered roller bearings follow the designation system defined by ISO 355.
Among the different types of the roller bearing tools, the most advanced and categorically useful type is the tapered roller bearing. In fact the tapered roller bearings are the bearings that can take on and endure the large axial forces. Apart from this a tapered roller bearing is also capable of sustaining large radial forces. The ability to sustain the large radial forces means that the tool can be fixed or installed in the large diameter machines and can work efficiently. In other words it would not be wrong to say that the tapered roller bearings can effectively act as the thrust roller bearing.

Aball bearingis a type ofrolling-element bearingthat usesballsto maintain the separation between thebearingraces.
The purpose of a ball bearing is to reduce rotational friction and supportradialandaxialloads. It achieves this by using at least two races to contain the balls and transmit the loads through the balls. In most applications, one race is stationary and the other is attached to the rotating assembly (e.g., a hub or shaft). As one of the bearing races rotates it causes the balls to rotate as well. Because the balls are rolling they have a much lowercoefficient of frictionthan if two flat surfaces were rotating on each other.
Ball bearings tend to have lowerload capacityfor their size than other kinds of rolling-element bearings due to the smaller contact area between the balls and races. However, they can tolerate some misalignment of the inner and outer races.
In adeep-grooveradial bearing, the race dimensions are close to the dimensions of the balls that run in it. Deep-groove bearings have higher load ratings for their size than shallow-groove, but are also less tolerant of misalignment of the inner and outer races. A misaligned shallow-groove bearing may support a larger load than the same sized deep-groove bearing with similar misalignment.

Wheel bearing are one of the most crucial components of a car's suspension. They are usually located in the hub (the part that the brakes and wheels are attached to) or even the brake drum or rotor itself. Wheel bearings allow the wheel to rotate freely as the car travels down the road. Most cars have an inner and an outer bearing on each wheel.
A wheel bearing is a simple device made up of two main components, the bearing itself and the race. The bearing itself consists of a metal housing that is pressed over a row of ball bearings that circle the metal housing. These ball bearings in turn ride on the race, which is a very smooth metal surface. When a wheel is rolling, the action of the ball bearings rolling against the surface of the hub that allows the wheel to spin smoothly

Thrust bearingis composed by two or more thrust sheets and more rolling elements. The thrust sheets divide into shaft washer & housing washer, the rolling elements was fixed by the steel or brass cage. Many of thrust bearing is ball thrust bearing
Thrust bearings absorb axial loads from rotating shafts into the stationary housings or mounts in which they are turning. Axial loads are those transmitted linearly along the shaft. Good examples of axial loads are the forward thrust on boats or prop-driven airplanes as a result of their propeller's rapid rotation. Thrust bearings are also used in power drills, where the user puts their weight into a rotating bit to drill through tough materials. Merry-go-rounds have massive thrust bearings to support all the rotating weight.
Pure thrust bearings are so termed because they only resolve axial forces from the rotating component into their mounting and not radial forces. As in other types of bearings, there are two major groupings of these bearings, sliding bearings and rolling bearings. An example of a sliding thrust bearing is a thrust washer which is a low-friction material between the shaft and the bearing journal along the rotating component. Types of rolling thrust bearings are ball thrust bearings, and specialized tapered roller bearings.

The most conventional steering arrangement is to turn the front wheels using a handoperated steering wheel which is positioned in front of the driver, via the steering, which may contain universal joints (which may also be part of the collapsible steering column design), to allow it to deviate somewhat from a straight line. Other arrangements are sometimes found on different types of vehicles, for example, a tiller or rearwheel steering. Tracked vehicles such as bulldozers and tanks usually employdifferential steering that is, the tracks are made to move at different speeds or even in opposite directions, using clutches and brakes, to bring about a change of course or direction.
The basic aim of steering is to ensure that the wheels are pointing in the desired directions. This is typically achieved by a series of linkages, rods, pivots and gears. One of the fundamental concepts is that of caster angle- each wheel is steered with a pivot point ahead of the wheel; this makes the steering tend to be self-centering towards the direction travel.

Needle bearingsfeature a smaller cross-section, higher load-carrying capacity, greater rigidity, and lower inertia forces that facilitate size and weight reductions in machinery. Theyre designed to withstand oscillation, perform under severe conditions, and interchange with sliding bearings.
A Needle roller bearingis a bearingwhich uses small cylindrical rollers. They are used to reduce friction of a rotating surface.
Needle bearings have a large surface area that is in contact with the bearing outer surfaces compared to ball bearings. Additionally there is less added clearance(difference between the diameterof the shaftand the diameter of the bearing) so they are much more compact. The typical structure consists of an a needle cage which orients and contains the needle rollers, the needle rollers themselves, and an outer race(sometimes housing itself).
Full compliment bearings have solid inner and outer rings and rib-guided cylindrical rollers. Since these bearings have the largest possible number of rolling elements, they have extremely high radial load carrying capacity and are suitable for particularly compact designs.
Diverse types of needle bearings are available in a wide variety of sizes and tolerances, for a multitude of applications.
