Services : Cut to Pack

In this package our team is going to cut the fabric provided by you according to your pattern, Stitch the fabric, Stitch branding Labels and wash care labels, Iron the end garment and then pack it using the packing material provided by you. Price of this service will vary based on the end product, and customizations involved while making the end product. The price that we have listed in the website is for very basic stitching only, for all customizations extra amount will be charged. Please note that Fabric, Packing Labels, Packing material and wash care labels must be provided to by you to avail this service.

First Sample 

Create a counter sample and establish o quote based for client review to proceed with bulk order. We set up and provide a production plan based on fabric and vendor partners to estimate delivery dotes. 

Design & Sampling Approvals 

Provide a fit samples and size sets to ensure products fit. Swatches and samples for all trims (buttons to hang-tags) and embellishments to ensure your quality standards are upheld. 

Pre-Production Sampling 

Provide a sample in the production fabric before manufacturing begins. 

Packaging & Final Quality Control 

Provide testing reports and ensure all products pass quality control inspections. Products packed based on requirements. 

Customs & Delivery

Handling import, trucking and shipping to preparing all customs declarations and certifications to deliver the goods to your door.
