Shopepie.com follows both an inventory model and a managed marketplace model. In the inventory model, products are sourced from brands and stored in the shopepie warehouse. In the managed marketplace model, shopepie.com provides marketing, logistics and delivery. We’re now showing them that they don’t have to; that their complex setup can be reduced to a single, simple platform. By the time we’re done, we think shopepie will have established the “new normal”.
