Both the scientific background gained through a Masters in Medical Science and my experience as an award-winning. All our products use the finest ingredients sourced, where possible from local producers. Our aim is to produce products that are not only delicious culinary ingredients but also have health benefits. Our motto is “food is medicine or poison”.
