The Company is catering to the requirement of structural steel for more than a decade to our esteemed customers throughout India. The Rolling Mill is situated in Urla Industrial Estate of Raipur. We are an ISO 9001:2000. We are also BIS ( ISI ) approved. Product: We are manufacturing Structural Steel mainly C Channel, Angle, and Round & Flats viz: ISMC : 100 X 50 and ISMC: 75 X 40, Medium & Heavy (ISI ) weight ISA : 35 / 40 and 50X50X5 & 6, 65X65X5,6,&8 and75X75X 6 & 8 “T” SECTION: Recently we have introduced “T” section of 40, 50 and 65 MM. In case you require any of the above structural section, we are in a position to supply you the same, with a confident quality. UPCOMING SECTIONS: FLAT : 50, 65, 75, 100,125 and above ROUND : OD 25 to 63 MM Laboratory: We are having full fledged chemical and physical Laboratory to test the Raw Material i.e. Billet / Ingot before rolling to maintain the quality of the finished goods. Unless the Raw Material is tested, no rolling takes place. Our finish goods are passed only after stringent inspection and lab testing with UTM. Test Certificate: We can provide the TC of the material. Furnace: We are having Oil & Pulverized feed Furnace designed, erected and maintained by M/s Technomax Furnaces, Mumbai. Our Re-heating Furnace is equipped with Imported Automatic O2 Analyzer & Controller. This enhances the quality of the rolled material. Straightening Machines: We are having one heavy duty, one of the best, straightening machines and do straightening of all material being supplied. No material goes out of factory without straightening. Weight: We maintain the weight of the Channel as per the requirement. We can supply light as well as heavy sections. Promoters: The promoters / Directors of the company are well qualified Technical Post Graduates with Business Management and specialization in Industrial Management Degrees and long experience in steel industry. The company is managed professionally with well trained staff. BUSINESS PORTFOLIO: We are supplying material to various esteemed organizations, all over India and also exported to African countries. To name a few are as , Anchor Daewoo, Jindals, MSP, Reliance, Ajinkya Electrosmelt, Anukool, Fad India , Indo Rama , Bhusan Steels , CC Power Hydraulic (P) Ltd. , ESSAR Constructions Ltd, Jamnagar, Archon Engicon Pvt Ltd, Ganges International , MOSERBEAR , Siemens India , Audi , Mahindra & Mahindra , Sudhir Gensets Etc. Etc. We have also supplied to various SEZ Projects. Our material is being supplied to Nepal regularly. We are already registered with GETTCO , Gujarat , MSEB , CSEB , APEB , Tamilnadu Electricity Board , and are in the process to get Registered with Railways , BHEL and Power Grid Corporation , and expect to get the registration as their approved vendor soon.
