The steel tubes obtained by electric resistance welded Hot-Rolled Strip, in long hollow open ended circular section, used for pipe lines, general engineering works, fencing, scaffolding etc. Tubes are available in varying diameters & wall thicknesses.
Steel tubes/Pipes are immersed in molten Zinc bath, to cover the steel with a layer of Zinc metal. Zinc provides the steel a long-term protection against corrosion & various environmental hazards. GI Pipes are used for Water, Gas & Steam Pipe line, Electric Poles & Panels etc.
