Salient Features This machine cuts the upper printed paper first in one direction & then this sheet is cut perpendicular to the first direction without cutting the back paper to a perfect set size of the label.For an even cutting depth the machine is fitted with hardened and grinded steel bar with disc type cutting blade & setting the cutting depth of cutter up to the thickness of the upper printed sheet is very easy & simple by means of a knob & the speed of cutting is controlled electronically by a potentiometer fitted on control penal.
Perforator, Creaser : This Half Cut Sticker Label Cutting Machine is a multipurpose & can be easily converted to Rotary Disc Slit Perforator & Creaser for perforation as on Bankers cheque book & creasing, bending on wedding cards & Book title creasing. The Size of machine is 24" 1 Perforator, 1 Creaser & 6 Half Cut Cutters are standard supply. It may be interchanged to each other as per customer requirements. The machine can be ordered for different numbers of perforating discs, may be four or six or eight. Eight holders is standard supply, it may be all half cuts or Creaser or Perforator. Minimum gap between two cutters is 3/4"& about 23 holders can be fitted on this machine as an Optional requirements which is most useful in Half cutting. While ordering please specify your requirement Clearly for what main purpose the machine is needed. The machine can be tailor made to any size and any requirements as mentioned.
Four Bar Rotary Cutting and Creasing machine is useful for creasing and cutting simultaneously. The machine is with two pairs of shafts. The front pair is with cutting dies and rear pair is with creasing die. The lower shaft of each pair can be raised or lowered by revolving side wheel. For easy feeding two guides are provided.
