KTR is a family of styrenic thermoplastic elastomers manufactured . KTR grades are linear or radial block copolymers synthesized with butadiene and styrene monomer in organic solvent. They have good tensile strength, elasticity and processability without chemical cross-linking such as vulcanization.
KUMHO KTR® 101 polymer is a linear block copolymer based on styrene and butadiene with bound styrene of 31.5% mass. It is supplied in two physical forms, identified as follows in the grade nomenclature:
KUMHO KTR is SBS block copolymer product manufactured by polymerizing styrene and butadiene in organic solvent. With its molecular structure, SBS is a thermoplastic elastomer that has an excellent recovery capacity from deformation and high elasticity without vulcanization.

Calprene 540 is a 60/40 Butadiene/Styrene thermoplastic copolymer, polymerized in solution and having a linear structure. This product is presented in pellet form and has excellent optical properties, due to its clarity. It is stabilized with a non staining antioxidant system FDA approved for use in food contact applications and is essentially gel free with a very clear color. C-540 is used in adhesive formulation, in thermoplastic injected shoe sole formulations, and transparent compounds.

KUMHO KTR is SBS block copolymer product manufactured by polymerizing styrene and butadiene in organic solvent. With its molecular structure, SBS is a thermoplastic elastomer that has an excellent recovery capacity from deformation and high elasticity without vulcanization.
KUMHO KTR®301 polymer is a radial block copolymer based on styrene and butadiene with bound styrene of 41.0% mass. It is extended by 33.3wt% of white mineral oil.
