ML500 Rapier Loom Main Shaft Servo

Kinway Technologies ML500 rapier loom main shaft servo (also known as super motor) uses permanent magnetic synchronous motor specifically developed for starting and stopping working condition of loom, which has the characteristics of correct orientation, quick start-up and convenient speed regulation. Comparing with original mechanical transmission system, it saves reduction gear box, and simplifies mechanical transmission level, meanwhile, it also reduces the malfunction generated due to mechanical tear and wear, and improves the reliability of the system, which can save energy by 10%20% than conventional asynchronous motor system, and meet the requirements of upgrading rapier loom.

ISVG Series High-Voltage Static Var Generator

iSVG series high-voltage static var generator is the latest third-generation reactive power compensation equipment. It is developed and produced by INVT and applicable for reactive power compensation and harmonic compensation.

iSVG series high-voltage static var generator has a self-commutated bridge circuit, which is composed of IGBT modules and is connected in parallel via electric reactor. The user is able to adjust the phase position and amplitude of AC output voltage in bridge circuit or control AC side current, so that the circuit absorbs or generates reactive current and realize dynamic reactive compensation.

iSVG series adopts advanced chained topological structure, therefore, it supports redundancy operation and has high reliability. A screw press is a forging machine that uses screws and nuts as drive mechanisms and transforms negative and positive rotary movement of fly wheel into upward and downward reciprocating movement of sliding block. This motor has excellent speed rigid quality and maintains high rotational speed stability even in case of fluctuation of load, therefore, it enhances the smooth finish of workpiece surface.2. Slight deformation of spindle. The rotor is made of rare earth permanent magnet, and it is free of exciting current and generates little heat. The spindle has good axial stability; therefore it achieves high machining precision.3. Power and torque large. This rare earth permanent magnet motor has high power density and torque density. Given the same volume, the power and torque of this spindle motor is one grade higher than that of asynchronous motor. Given the same power, the torque is greatly larger than that of asynchronous motor, since the former is free of exciting current.4. European-style design and small sizes. The bar-type spindle motor can be used at the places with small radial space for spindle; given the same power, the sizes of spindle motor is 30% smaller than that of asynchronous motor.5. Wide speed range. This motor has a wide range of speed regulation and achieves stepless speed regulating from zero-speed to maximum speed; the constant power ratio is 1:6.67.6. High productivity. This motor has excellent rigid quality in low speed mode; therefore, it is applicable for rigid tapping. Within the rigidity limit of bearing and the hardness limit of cutter, the motor is applicable for low-speed & wide-engagement cutting or high-speed & small-engagement cutting; therefore, the efficiency of cutting hard metals is greatly increased.7. Strong servo control. The motor has same functions as digital servo spindle when working with special drive.8. Energy conservation. Given the same power, the energy conservation effect of spindle motor is 20%50% greater than that of asynchronous motor. It has better energy conservation effect in case of greater power.9. Wide applications. Depending on the rigid quality in low speed mode, the range of rotational speed of spindle motor is increased and the power ranges from 500W to 150KW.
