Our manufacturing plant in Thane, Maharashtra manufactures and supplies world class blending machines that are not just versatile, but also efficient in mixing and lubricating dry granules homogeneously. This heavy-duty machinery finds application in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and cosmetic industries that need a durable machine to mix ingredients in bulk. The RPM of this machine is set low in order to blend ingredients well. It is mainly used to blend and lubricate granular and crystalline ingredients.

 

Details :

• Shell : Consist of SS polygon shaped body with rectangular central portion and top and bottom polygonal frustum. The shell is provided with a rectangular full side opening at top and with air tight cover.

• Charging/Discharging : The circular opening is provided with a SS butterfly valve and a conical adapter to facilitate clamping of the charging drum in the raised position with the help of a mechanical remotely operated arrangement. The arrangement of conical adapter and charging drum for charging/discharging forms a closed system to make the operated dust free leading to better GMP.

• It the unit is provided without charging drum arrangement the butterfly valve can be replaced by a iris valve. Charging drum are of 100 litres capacity of 500 dia * 550 ht.

• A rectangular opening is provided for cleaning and locating the baffle during change over.

• Baffle : One number adjustable and removable baffle fitted diagonally inside the shell for faster and efficient blending.

• Drive : Drive mechanism consists of suitable HP, 3phase 440V, 50 cycles 1440 RPM TEFC electric motor coupled with suitable gearbox and chain drive to give final RPM as required .

• Mounting : The driving shaft of the shell are mounted on suitable Plummer block and the entire assembly alone with drive is mounted on a robust MS ‘A’ shaped frame which is protected with SS covers.

• Safety Arrangement : SS pipe railing is provided with limit switch arrangement to prevent unit from starting when operator is working on the machine.

• Control Panel : Unit provided with suitable control panel with starter and push button to actuate the drive and for INCHING OPERATION. The circuit consist of MCCB in relay and contactor in series. Ample overload protection is provided by the MCCB and the relay wire coming out of the connection are numbered for easy recognition.

• MOC : All contact parts SS 304 construction and Non contact parts SS 304

• Finish : All joints argon Arc welded and all SS parts polished to suitable finish required of Pharmaceutical equipment and MS parts painted to smooth finish.

• Discharge Height : 850 mm or to your choice subject to your confirmation. 

• Options Available : Unit with FLP motors and FLP push button station but with non FLP panel to be mounted outside FLP area unit with SS 316 contact parts unit GMP model i.e. non contact parts SS 304 or cladded/covered with SS 304 wherever possible, with SS drive covered and SS railing.

Fluid Bed Dryer is specifically designed for 2 bar pressure shocks. At Shashvath Fabricators and Engineers, we manufacture and supply the product across the globe from Thane, Maharashtra. Operation :

• Due to induced draft created by specially designed heavy-duty fan, the atmospheric air is drawn through air filter
• The filtered air is then heated to the required temperature by electric steam radiator
• The hot air passes through the product container and the product is dried by air fluidization
• The air circulation is controlled by damper
• The filter bag prevents fine particles from carrying over to exhaust air stream.

 

Selection :

• Selection of capacity of fluid bed dryer depends upon bulk density, drying temperature and moisture contents of wet material to be dried
• In case of 120 kg model a batch of 145 kg wet material can be loaded provided the bulk density of the material is 0.6 kg. Lit. (approx)
• Pharmaceutical granules with 20-25% moisture can be dried in 30-45 minutes at 800 c approximately
• It holds a capacity of 10 kgs 30 kgs 60 kgs 120 kgs 200 kgs 250 kgs.

Tray dryer drying oven is fabricated out of rigid angle iron frame with double walled panels insulated with best quality compressed fibre glass and with a rigid door fitted with strong hings and best choosen locking arrangement. A control panel is fixed in front of the oven to facilitate the operation easily. It has a large working space and is available, manufacturing from mild steel & in good finishing outside with synthetic enamel colour & inside painted with heat resistent paint to resist temperature up to 300 degree, in standard model. It is also manufacture completely from ss304 or ss316 ( as per customer requirement ) in gmp model & polished to the mirror finish from inside & matt finish from outside. Tray dryers description :the drying ovens are normally available with choice of heating mode, as electrically heated steam heated & thermic fluid heated.in electrically heated model, digital temperature controller provided with digital timer to facilitate working day and night. In steam & thermic fluid heated model, digital temperature indicator is provided with digital timer , but the temperature controller is not supplied with the machine. Air circulation : a highly effective recirculating air system is provided in the tray dryers. The heated air, is recirculated with fresh air in selected proportions for optimum drying. The system is designed so that the materials at the top & the bottom dry simultaneously.Uniform air circulation, controlled temperature, sturdy construction and large working space are the valuables of the oven which is suitably designed to cover wide temperature range, loading and unloading is faster and simple. In higher capacities trays trolley rolls in and out of the chamber.
