Manufactured and supplied by us from Thane, Maharashtra, Soft Gelatin cooker is a fastener for low shear mixing, having a hydraulic lifting system. The gelatin feed tank is fitted with a water filled jacket that helps in setting temperature. The material is SS304/SS316 with a dimension of 3100(L)X1600/2893(w)X3500(/H ) and a weight of 980 kg. Power consumption is 35 K w. Maximum RPM is 40 rpm and has the capacity of two 600 l tanks.

General
Shampoos are typically viscous liquids, either clear or opaque (pearlised), containing 20–40% solids, adjusted to approximately pH 5.5. Most, but not all, have viscosities in the ratio of 500–1500 centipoise. A hair shampoo may be defined as a detergent specifically formulated for the washing of hair, and packaged in a user-convenient form. Typically, a shampoo must clean well, rinse easily, impart gloss to the hair, minimise tangle and not damage the hair structure, or the scalp or the eyes.
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Shampoos are manufactured by simple slow blending in a stirred vessel. The vessel may be jacketed for heating. Vessels are normally closed type and subjected to vacuum to avoid excessive foaming when foaming agent is added. For best results contra type rotating stirrer is best used for shampoo manufacturing. Ingredients are weighed or metered incrementally into the mixing vessel, with thorough mixing between each addition. A moderate amount of heat is used to reduce the viscosity and so facilitate ease of mixing. Some pearlising agents are waxy solids at ambient temperature and require melting in a premixing vessels before use. Demineralised water is most commonly used in order to minimise contamination of the product. No further processing is required after blending, & perfuming and the product may be packed off directly from the mixing vessel. Or may be transferred to storage vessels from where they are transferred to the filling machines. Many companies make the bases for the shampoos where they do all the premxing of surfactants, sles, other ingredients and sell the same to major industries These industries are mainly called the formulators and in this second level processing will involve only the addition of water, colour and fragrance. In case of ayurvedic or herbal shampoos, they add their propriety formulae ingredients themselves so that no one knows the exact nature of ingredients and its details.
VESSELS REQUIRED FOR A SHAMPOO PLANT
MAIN SHAMPOO MANUFACTURING VESSELManufacturing vessel is cylindrical vessels with dished bottom vessels. Top of the vessel is also dished end welded. Agitator assembly in the manufacturing vessel., slow speed Anchor agitator is provided in the manufacturing vessel. However for best results contra rotating or semi contra rotating agitators are normally preferred by most of the manufacturers for excellent quality of the shampoo produced. CIP turbo disk is provided at the top of the vessel for cleaning. Suitable nozzles, manholes, valves etc are provided on the vessel. Vessel can also be provided with jacket which can be used for both heating and cooling if required by the client. Manufacturing vessel can be subjected to full vacuum.
PREMIXING VESSEL
Premixing vessel is cylindrical vessels with dished bottom vessels. Top of the vessel is also dished end welded or can be provided with loose lid too. Agitator assembly in the premix vessel. Is high speed cowl/ saw cutter type agitator. In some cases high speed homogenizer are also provided. CIP turbo disk is provided at the top of the vessel for cleaning. Suitable nozzles, manholes, valves etc are provided on the vessel. Vessel is provided with jacket for heating. Jacket can be steam heated or electrically heated as per client’s requirement. Suitable insulation and cladding is provided on the jacket. There is no need for any vacuum in this vessel. Normally the capacity
of this vessel is 60 % the capcity of the main manufacturing vessel. Premix vessels can be 1 no or 2 nos as per the clients requirements and formulae of the shampoo.
STORAGE VESSEL
Storage vessel is simple vessel used to store shampoos. It is cylindrical type of vessel with dished bottom, loose top lid. Bottom valve is provided with din fittings to facilitate the pipeline connection. Its capacity is the same as the manufacturing vessel. Normally storage tanks are more in number so that different types of shampoos can be manufactured and stored. Filling is then done as per the requirement & market demands.
SLES/ SURFACTANTS STORAGE VESSEL
In manufacturing of shampoos the SLES/ surfactants form a major ingredients. Hence it has to be stored in large quantities. Also if drums of 200 kgs are bought it will turn expensive for the manufacturers. Hence most of the manufacturers but one entire tanker of surfactants and store the same. Normally one weeks/ months usage of surfactants are normally kept stored to ensure continous production. Hence the capacity of this storage tank will be taking into consideration of the storage requirements of the client. This tanks are vertical tanks with big heights with flat bottom. Top is also closed with suitable manhole and nozzles for effective loading into the vessel through pumps. Similarly outlet is also provided at the bottom where the surfactants are tansfered from the storage vessel into the manufacturing vessel or premix vessel through pumps.
PUMPS
Transfer pumps are used to transfer material from premix vessel to the manufacturing vessel only if the mfg vessel is not under vacuum. If it is under vacuum the premix is automatically transferred into the main vessel through vacuum. Transfer pumps are required for the followingo Transfering surfactants to premix / main vesselo From main vessel to storage vesselso From storage vessel to filling machine.
PIPELINE.Interconnecting pipeline is provided for the plant as per the layout of the clients room size. All pipelines are electropolished from inside and outside. All joints are DIN standards quick openable types. Pipelines are used for transferring the surfactants from storage tank to premix vessels, from premix vessels to manufacturing vessels and from mfg vessels to storage vessel and from storage to filling line.
OTHERSAll vessels have CIP/ SIP nozzles & conical filters are provided at the discharge of the vessels. Entire plant is fully automatic and interconnected by suitable pipeline & requires only one operator for all the operations. Suitable working platform is provided for cleaning and maintainence. An integrated control panel fully automatic controlled by a PLC is provided. (Optional)

Process Description of Ointment Manufacturing Plant/Cream Manufacturing Machine
All vessels are manufactured from S.S. 316 grade stainless steel sheets and are cGMP compliant construction.
The vessels are Jacketed, insulated, cladded and with suitable agitator assembly in each vessel.
Wax is melted in Wax melting vessel; Water is heated in water heating vessel.
Both wax and water are transferred into the manufacturing vessel automatically through vacuum.
In manufacturing vessel both wax and water are homogenized to make a uniform emulsion and cooled by passing chilled water into the jacket of manufacturing vessel.The Mixing Assembly consists of series of paddle type blades of appropriate shape to move the material back towards the centre of the container. The paddle type blades are provided on the central shaft which runs through a hollow shaft on which other sets of blades are welded. Both the sets of blades intermeshes with each other and rotates in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction respectively and one sets also scraps the container wall for thorough and uniform mixing of the material.
After the emulsion is formed active ingredients/colors etc are added and are thoroughly mixed and homogenized.
The same is transferred by bump pump into the storage vessel. From the storage vessel it is automatically transferred into the filling machine by means of metering pump.
Flow rate of metering pump can be set as per your tube filling machines speed and capacity.

Construction |
Our dryers will be of robust construction built on formed angles of 10 gauge sheet and suitable reinforced with angles and sections. The dryers internal and external walls are manufactured from 16 gauge thick mild steel sheets. The dryer will be insulated with minimum 75 mm thick glasswool insulation. The dryer will have a fresh air inlet through filter and an adjustable air outlet with a door at the front . The door will be explosion proof and will be locked with the help of spring loaded ball latches with suitable pressure. Door lips will have asbestos / rubber gasket to prevent leakages. |

The dryer will be treated with 2 coates of Zinc cromate primer followed by internally with high temperature heat resisting aluminium paint and externally with synthetic enamel paint with black borders. |

Electrical Heating |
Air inside the tray dryer will be heated by “U” tube air heaters each of 1000 watts. The heaters are fitted on the sides of the dryer to facilitate uniform heating. Maximum temperature attained inside the dryer will be 100/200/300’C and will be indicated by a dial thermometer fitted on the dryer . Temperature inside the dryer will be controlled by a thermostat over full range of heating load. |
Steam Heating |
Air inside the dryer will be heated by two steam calorifier made out of mild steel pipes and tubes and suitably grooved by high conductive continuous galvanised fins. There will be two steam coils fitted diagonally opposite each to facilitate uniform and faster heating. Maximum temperature attained inside the dryer will be 100’C and will be indicated by a dial thermometer fitted on the dryer. |

Air Circulation |
Air inside the dryer will be circulated by one/two heavy duty axial flow blowers fitted on shafts of ¾” / 1 ¼” dia and driven by ½ TEFC motors of suitable HP. With ISI mark through belt. The special design of the motor ensures uniform air circulation o that there is uniform air current over the entire charge loaded inside the Trolley inside the dryer. The working of the motor will be indicated by lamps in the control panel. |

Models with 12 & 24 trays have a fixed rack system made out of mild steel angles. Model with 48 trays will have one trolley, Models with 96 trays will have 2 trolleys, models with 192 trays will have 4 trolleys and so on. Each trolley’s dimensions will be 840mm x 920mm x 1780mm . It will be made from MS angles and bars. Each trolley will have two fixed and two swivels wheels for movements. |

It is used for the purpose of mixing, and blending by agitation and has a wide range of applications in pharma, beverages and chemical industries. It can be placed to any shaped vessel without lower support. A variety of blades is used for mixing. Manufactured and supplied from Thane, Maharashtra, Spray Coating Machine replaces the manual coating of tablets and granules and comprises pressure vessel with SS jacket and controlled heaters, safety valves, pneumatic cylinder that gives intermittent spray. The filter press is a solid liquid separation device using the principle of pressure feeding. It is highly efficient, compact, dewatering device for separating solids from liquid slurries in the form of compressed cake. Vibro Sifter works on gyro principle. The required gyratory motion is obtained from specially designed gyro motor, which is fitted underneath the vibrating assembly. The complete vibrating assembly is isolated from the base by means of specially designed rugged springs. Gyro-motor is fitted with top & bottom eccentric weights designed as per required centrifugal force. This whole assembly is covered by SS plate. The deck hopper is fabricated from SS 316 sheet. To collect the discharge tangential, discharge port is provided on the hopper.

CONSTRUTION AND OPERATION :
Vibro separators are circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids from solids. Liquids from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size, having a very wide range of applications. This is accomplished by vibrating the screens in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft. The top weight causes vibration in the horizontal plane which causes the material to move across the screen towards the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine which causes vibration in the vertical tangential axis . The angle of lead of the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the screening pattern. Thus the material moves across the screens and also in the vertical and tangential planes enabling maximum screening. Vibrosifter are available with a wide range of possible screen sizes (mesh) option for multiple deck separation is also possible.
The unit consist of specially designed vibratory motor to run on 400/440V , HP, 3 phase, 50 cycles electric supply, with adjustable eccentric weights at the top and bottom of the motor shafts mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of screening unit. Screening unit consists of SS 304 screen sandwiched between SS 304 hopper and bowl with the help of special clamp with gasket. This in turn is clamped to the base plate. Rugged springs placed over the circular motor base amplify the vibration and at the same time restrict the vibration from being transferred to the floor.

We are the manufacturers and suppliers of Membrane filter holder from Thane, Maharashtra. Membrane filter holder is mainly used for the purpose of filtration of sterilized liquids. The device has two silicon gaskets and a mirror fixed with nuts and bolts. For removal of interior air, there is an air escape valve. The parts are specifically made up of stainless steel. Vibro Sifter works on gyro principle. The required gyratory motion is obtained from specially designed gyro motor, which is fitted underneath the vibrating assembly. The complete vibrating assembly is isolated from the base by means of specially designed rugged springs. Gyro-motor is fitted with top & bottom eccentric weights designed as per required centrifugal force. This whole assembly is covered by SS plate. The deck hopper is fabricated from SS 316 sheet. To collect the discharge tangential, discharge port is provided on the hopper.
Conical shape top lid is provided with charging port. Screen is fitted in between the hopper & top lid. The machine inner & outer surfaces are mirror polished.
CONSTRUTION AND OPERATION :
Vibro separators are circular unitary gyratory screens used to separate mass composition of solids from solids. Liquids from solid and for gradation of materials as per particle size, having a very wide range of applications. This is accomplished by vibrating the screens in three different planes along the vertical axis by means of a specially designed vibratory motor having off centered weights at the top and bottom end of the motor shaft. The top weight causes vibration in the horizontal plane which causes the material to move across the screen towards the periphery. The lower weight acts to tilt the machine which causes vibration in the vertical tangential axis . The angle of lead of the lower weight with relation to the upper weight provides variable control of the screening pattern. Thus the material moves across the screens and also in the vertical and tangential planes enabling maximum screening. Vibrosifter are available with a wide range of possible screen sizes (mesh) option for multiple deck separation is also possible.
The unit consist of specially designed vibratory motor to run on 400/440V , HP, 3 phase, 50 cycles electric supply, with adjustable eccentric weights at the top and bottom of the motor shafts mounted vertically at the center of the base plate of screening unit. Screening unit consists of SS 304 screen sandwiched between SS 304 hopper and bowl with the help of special clamp with gasket. This in turn is clamped to the base plate. Rugged springs placed over the circular motor base amplify the vibration and at the same time restrict the vibration from being transferred to the floor.

The Fluid Bed Dryer manufactured by us is ideal for the rapid, even drying of chemical, pharmaceutical and food product. FBDs are the state of the art drying units comparable to any internationally made FBDs, with all the features available. Our FBDs are built with a working pressure of 3.0 Bar at 800c.
The in-house innovation team has been able to enhance the drying capabilities of our FBDs by 18 - 20% thus resulting in lesser drying time, giving a better shelf life to the product. The air handling unit has been designed keeping in mind, tool less construction for ease in cleaning / replacing the filter assembly. The finger bag assembly is with quick release clamps for easy removal and fixing of the finger bag. The machine has been designed ergonomically resulting in ease of operation.
OPERATION Fluid Bed Dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the /base of the product container which is filled with the material. Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked into the unit. This hot air stream expands the material at certain velocity and creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost for drying. Fluidisation produces full agitation of solid particles by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particle escaping from the dryer.
APPLICATION :-
1) PROCESS UNIT
The process unit is single pieces welded design, made of stainless steel of SS.
All process contact parts are made of SS - 316.
The finish employed externally will be all welds ground back and polished into the surrounding materials.
All of the external surfaces of the Dryer and all non contact/sight parts will prepared with a uniform fine texture matt finish.
The entire product contact surface is mirror finished.
Particular attention has been paid to reduce any source of material Entrapment by mirror polishing flush all welds to create crevice free profiles both internally and externally.
The expansion chamber containing the filter finger bags & dished end are made of single piece construction from SS 316 quality steel. Below that is the retarding chamber made out of S.S. 316 Retarding chamber is locked with the explosion chamber by means of clamps. The length of the retarding chamber is such designed , thereby providing extra large heat exchange are which exposed each and every particle or the charged batch in the Fluidized air resulting in instant drying.
Specially designed base is provided for air vortex effect and to give added strength.
A central drain is provided in the base to release wash water.
2) BOWL/ PRO DUCT CONTAINER
Product bowl is a conical shaped manufactured form SS-316 grade stainless steel having stainless steel mesh support along with fine finish air mesh.
The product container Trolley is of Tubular construction made form SS-304 pipe mounted on polypropylene castor wheel (2nos fixed & 2nos. Swivel for maneuverability) which imparts rigidity to carry the product container with the charged load.
The batch loading capacity is always higher in case of Fluid Bed dryer, because of better fluidisation by varying the frequent shaking of the finger bags. Shaking period vary depending on the nature of products.
3) RUBBER GASKET
A solid ‘D’ shaped food type silicon rubber gasket is provided in the groove of the flanged joint (between the product container and the retarding chamber) to prevent any leakage of air with fines during operation.
4) UNIFORM LIFTING OF CONTAINER
Product container is lifted by specially designed arrangement with the help of one centrically fitted pneumatic cylinder which ensures uniform lifting throughout the periphery of the container which ultimately gives uniform upward pressure to the solid ‘D’ shaped Rubber Gasket, thereby preventing any leakage during operation.
5) AUTO SHAKING DEVICE
Pneumatic cylinder is used for auto shaking device of the finger bags is mounted on the body and is fitted with a wire rope made out of S.S. 304 guided by pulleys thus rendering the shaking extremely efficient. It also brings down the finger bags to such a level that these can be inspected very easily form the bottom of the retarding chamber. If the shaking is not efficient, the particles will be retained in the finger bags and there will be no proper fluidisation resulting in formation of lumps in the products container.
6)AIR HANDLING UNIT
Blower and filter with heating arrangement are housed in the rear chamber. They can also be housed the services zone to avoid sound pollution as well as to avoid interference of the maintenance people in the production zone.

Direct coupled none—flameproof electric drive. Anti –vibration mounting and independent sub-support frame.
Air filter
Free standing unit constructed from aluminium anodised frame work (SS-304) with doubled skinned panels. All wall panels are cross based for added strength. Quick release panels provided for inspection and maintenance access.
The air intake section has a full face external flange for attachment of angle intact, or and extended inlet air duct.
Inlet system consists of 20 Micron washable filters, Followed by 5 micron prefilter, then pass through, heating coil section containing a full air duct steam operated heater battery, constructed with stainless steel tubes and headers and a steel casing (SS-304). The moving process air passes through the steam heater to achieve the desired temperature. to match the inlet to the processing unit.
PT 100 temperature sensing probe will be fitted into the air Transition duct and will be connected up to the control panel.
7) EXPLOSION VENT
As per international practices the equipment is provided with a rapture disc as measures of explosion Vent, Tested at 2 Bar pressure, mounted on the side of the dryer.
8) EARTHING DEVICE
A std designed earthing device spring type is provided with the dryer however intrinsically safe earthing device with low voltage relay is also available.
9) ELECTRO PNEUMATIC CONTROL PANEL
A free standing steel control panel having the following controls.

In Fluid Bed Dryer, temperature distribution throughout the product is uniform and the heat transfer rate is very high. Due to the reduced drying time high production rates are achieved.
As the product is in close contact with the drying air at low temperature, and also for short duration, the physical and chemical properties of the products are generally not effected and therefore the dryer can effectively be used for heat sensitive products. Due to the continuous movements of product during drying, lump formation, case hardening etc. are minimised.
The Fluid Bed Dryer are most suitable for drying, granular, crystalline, coarse or similar material in pharmaceutical, fine chemical, fine chemicals, dyes, food, allied products. The Fluid Bed Dryer is not suitable for drying liquids or pasty materials.

Shashvath Planetary Mixer is ideal for mixing of wet / dry materials. It has a homogeneous mixing action. The planetary motion of the beater enables faster and better mixing of material at a considerably lesser time. Slow speed is used for dry mixing with less dust generation and faster speed for kneading operation during wet granulation portable mixing bowl with top mounted agitator has a dual advantage of material transfer and no risk of gland packing contamination.
CONSTRUCTIONThe basis of mixing system of Planetary Mixer is a combination of planetary- rotating paddle agitator. 2 Nos. Anchor type agitator with cross baffles rotates in anti-clockwise direction with planetary motion in there axis. While paddle revolves in clockwise direction with planetary action, generating a disturbance in the normally circular flow pattern and dampen vortex formation. The mixing blade and planetary action having dual speed. In addition, adjustable scrapers are utilized to prevent the build-up of a stagnant film between the agitator and the vessel, and assure efficient heat transfer to product during heating and cooling steps. The speed of the agitator and the counter paddle can be varied separately.
The Product container is castor wheel mounted for easy load and unload to the machine. The top mixing blade assembly is motorized up and down during container loading and unloading. The mixing container is jacketed for heating / cooling and completely enclosed. The product container can be designed to operate under vacuum; mixing can then be performed without entrainment of air. Top lid of the product container having charging pot for binder adding, eye glass window and light glass.

We manufacture and supply Communicating Mill from Thane, Maharashtra. It is used for reducing size, or milling in pharmaceutical industries, and chemical factories. The reduction of particles takes place through the knife edges mounted on the rotor. It has a minimized downtime with reduced noise level. The beaters are made of 410 quality stainless steel and a movable machine.
Construction and Operation : The product is poured from the top through in feed hopper and material falls on the rotor blades beater assembly for milling or pulverization. Due to the knife edges mounted on rotor, the downsizing of particle takes place and through sieve material gets pushed outward from the bottom opening. Knife edges can be removed for cleaning very easily.
Details :
GMP point of view machine is provided with S. S. cladding on base, S. S. belt guards, S. S. cover on motor. No exposed painted surface on top of the machine. Motor rails, screw and guide rods are chrome plated.
Beaters assembly bearings are in a separate pillow blocks for ease in maintenance.
Very less down time as only beaters assembly will have to be reversed (and not the complete chamber) for making it knife to impact forward or vice-versa which can be done by single operator.
Fixed beaters assembly is provided as a standard supply which increase the output by 10% to 30% reduce noise level and also ease to clean as there are no cavities. (If product demands, swing beaters assembly can be provided.)
Beaters and shaft are of stainless steel 410 quality and beaters are further hardened and chrome plated. Beaters are fitted on a splined shaft.
Transmission of heat to the chamber from bearings is minimum as they are away in separate pillow blocks. This facilitates to some extent in processing of heat sensitive products.
Castors provided for mobility and breaks can be applied for fixing machine at one place.
Machine is available in plain & water-jacketed models. Flame proof electricals can be provided on demand at extra cost.
