Openwell pumps are ideally suitable for where there are wide fluctuations in water level. This works under water and it rests at bottom of the well. Hence, suction and priming problems do not arise. Pump volute chamber is designed to give the best possible hydraulic efficiency.

Extreme liquids call for extreme measures, when it comes to a pumping system. Most pumps are used for watery liquids at temperature below 80^o C and pressure less than 10Kg/cm wherein standard seals are used. When the liquid parameters exceed these limits, special shaft seal solutions are adopted to guarantee reliable operation.

Multistage pump Impellers and Diffusers are designed and manufactured for high hydraulic efficiency and less loss. The Impellers are dynamically balanced. The Impellers and Diffusers are available in various material grades like 1.4024 DIN W.-Nr., 1.4306 DIN W.-Nr., 1.4401 DIN W.-Nr., Carbon alloy Steels, non ferrous materials like Gun metal, Forged brass, DIN 1705, DIN 17662/17672, Cast Iron GG 20, Investment castings like 1.4301, 1.4304 DIN W.-Nr., etc. Fabricated Impellers and Diffusers are also available.

Flanges are available in Oval, Round and Square shapes. Various material combinations are available for special applications.Material specification Standards and mounting standards are suitable to IS, DIN.

An auto coupling set is also known as a guide rail set/system. This is a slide rail assembly that enables a pump to be easily lifted or lowered within a sump or chamber, for cleaning or maintenance duties without the need to disconnect fittings, fixings or pipe work. A standard kit consists of a base (duckfoot or pedestal), pump adaptor/guide hook and upper rail positioning bracket. It sets include lifting chains and shackles. Depending on what model is selected, the pump is guided up and down by one or two rails, not included, which direct the pump to its proper seating location (with a positive seal) or enable simple removal from the system/sump.

These pumps are designed exclusively for residential pools. The salient features of these pumps are silent operation and reliability at low temperatures. These pumps are available in the range of 0.5 HP and 3 HP and are fitted with single phase motors. These pumps have a simple assembly with high quality mechanical seals and bearings. They come with an easy - to - open strainer and the connections are done with standardized fittings & wet portion of the pump made of plastic.

Macerators are an important industrial tool used for the processing and treatment of industrial solid wastes comprising of wood, textile, plastics, paper, rubber, bones and skin. With a capacity to reduce solid wastes into finer particles of grain size of up to 3.5 mm and fibrous size of up to 1.5 cm2 approximately.

These motors are made of stainless stell material, total ss 304 construction with SS 316 material as option. Point submersible motors designed in 4" configuration, water filled and rewindable and easy to maintain.

Technology

Point Submersible Motors are developed and manufactured user-freindly wet type Rewindable. Motor is Pre-filled with clear, cold, filtered water. Motors can also be customised if the requirements are not covered by the overview.

Point 4" Submersible Motors are available from 0.37kW to 7.5kW with NEMA Standards.

Point 6" Submersible Motors are available from 2.2kW to 37kW with NEMA Standards.

Material

The submersible motors are available in stainless steel AISI 304 grade in 4" and 6" submersible motors.

The stator windings are water proof poly wrapped copper winding wires.

Housing

Diaphgram is provided to guard the pressure and volume variations of the water inside the motor. Diaphgram is made with Nitrle Rubber
