The Drum Flaker, Drum Dryer and Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter (RVDF) are three finely manufactured sophisticated machines that are easy to operate and reduce the overheads tremendously. They are very useful in the long run and are easily installed without much investment and hassle.In Drum Flaker, one end of the drum is connected to a gearbox, which is driven by a motor. The cooling water is circulated in the drum during operation. The drum operates at a low speed and the fed liquid in the bottom tray is picked by the drum surface and cooled to less than the melting point of the material, thus forming flakes on the surface. It is continuous operation and requires minimal manpower. The entire items are mounted on base frames and Conveyor, Double drum, Machine cover are optional.

Vertical pharmaceutical filter vessel in CS/SS 304/SS 316 with flange lock closure and standard seal in Neoprene/Viton/Nitrile. To open & close the lid is equipped with eyebolts. During cake discharge, open the lid, clean filter leaves in position or remove leaves, dislodge the cake, drain as a semi solid through bottom nozzle, fitted with Butterfly Valve. Filter leaves are mounted on manifolds.

This equipment consist of horizontal cylindrical vessel dished on both ends, having fixed head and retractable shell, both are coupled by locking arrangement. Filter leaves are mounted on centrally located rotating common manifold. After the filtration batch is over, hold up slurry can be drained out and filter leaves are rotated at slow speed, while hot water / clear slurry can be sprayed through the spray nozzles over the filtration surface to dislodge cake. Conveyer at the bottom passes the thick slurry along with cake to the drain. This called slurry cake discharge. Wet cake discharge also possible with scraper assemblies.

Closed and compact operation, the operation can be totally automatic. The lid gaskets, O Rings can be provided with Neoprene/Nitrile/EPDM/Viton/Silicon/PTFE Seals.

Product contact parts and product non-contact parts can be made out of CS/SS 304/SS 316/SS 316 L/MSRL cloth enveloped filter elements for minimum capital investments.

Horizontal leaf filtersare another type of highly standardized and retractable shell design leaf filters that are user friendly and eco-friendly at the same time. Standard Material Horizontal filtervessel is available in CS/SS 304/SS 316 with a Wedge lock closure and standard seal in Neoprene/Viton/Nitrile.

In thesehorizontal pressure leaf filterJacketting and cloth enveloped filters are optional. There are 2 hydraulic cylinders to open and close the special bayonet wedge lock closure, which is provided at the lid. The retractable filtered shell is mounted on four external wheels and all nozzle connections are mounted on fixed head of filter vessel. Appropriate inter-locking (preventing opening under pressure) is also a key feature of this type of horizontal pressure leaf filter.

To auto clean the filter operate the pneumatic actuator fitted in the filter thus the cake collected inside the filter element is pushed out of the filter through bottom drain butterfly valve. A fully automatic system is optional with PLC. Jacketing is optional.

This equipment is used for liquid solids separation, or separation of coarse & fine particles. There are no rotating parts are inside the equipment. Feed slurry is pumped into it at high pressure. The feed inlet causes the feed to spin round at high speed giving rise to large centrifugal forces. As a result particles a of higher sizes are run down the cone and out of the lower end outlet. Liquids with finer particle come out of the top outlet of equipment.
