OUR PRODUCTION FACILITY:
Factory has working area of around 1200 sq.m.

Total 7 nos. Of rotomoulding machines & three ovens along with work force and supporting infrastructure can produce up to 5000 nos. Of tanks & 30, 00,000 liters. Per month.

Rotomoulding machines are supported with various utility machines for ease of automation.

Ovens are designed for dual fuel i.e. kerosene & l.p.g. to avoid dependency in case of problems with one fuel

Automatic fail proof audio-visual systems are installed to avoid product failures.

D. G. Set has been installed to ensure continuity in production incase of power failure / electrical breakdown.

In house mould manufacturing / repair facilities to avoid dependency on outside agency.

In house fabrication unit for steel frames for pallet manufacturing.

Congenial atmosphere & excellent workmen – management relationship in order to get proper quality product with good productivity.

STORES:
Fully controlled inventory system of raw materials & consumables in order to keep production continuous at optimum inventory cost.

Fully controlled inventory of final products in order to ensure prompt supplies of products to market.
