How To Use :

• Clean and remove loose plaster dust using sand paper.
• Add approximately 500 ml - 750 ml water to I kg. of Nidco acrylic distemper. Apply two coats of Nidco acrylic distemper on walls. Keep an interval of around 3-4 hrs. between the two coats.
• Generally 2 -3 coats are required.

SANTEX UNIQUE Weatherpoof Exterior & Interior Emulsion is a touch 100% Pure acrylic polymer modified water based paint which can be applied on Exterior & Interior walls both. It is suitable for all tropical conditions like rainfall, heat and humidity. It gives the walls a very elegant and rich smooth finish with very showy bounding properties which prevent peeling and cracking of paint.

Directions for use:

• Clean the surface thoroughly using wire brush.
• Surface imperfection such as hole and cracks to be filled using SANTEX acrylic all putty (white cement based putty).
• In case of freshly plastered surfaces only, apply oneself priming coat by mixing water and paint in the ratio of 1:1.
• When using SANTEX UNIQUE Weatherproof Exterior & Interior Emulsion apply 2 3 coats by diluting 1 Ltr. of SANTEX UNIQUE Weatherproof Exterior & Interior Emulsion with 400-500 ml. of water.
• Keep an interval of 4-6 hours between two coats. Generally 2 3 coats are recommended.
• For horizontal surfaces like windows, ledges etc. an additional coat is required for greater protection.

SANTEX GROUT is a high quality, fine water - resistant, polymer-modified, cement-based powder GROUT designed for grouting glazed tiles mosaics, vitrified and fully vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles, industrial tiles etc.

Instructions for use:

• Add 1 part of water to 3 parts of GROUT by weight and mix well to abstain a smooth and uniform paste.
• Fill the mixed material compactly without any breaks or gaps in to the tile joint using a squeeze.
• After the initial setting of the material (30 minutes), remove the excess material that may be present on the tile edges with a wet cloth or damp sponge.

Performance:

• Addition of Santex Grout enhances adhesion to tile edges, water resistance and improves flexibility.

Precautions:

• Filling of joint should be done 24 hours after tiles are fixed.

Nidco Super Plus+ Exterior Emulsion is a premium water based paint which can be used for exterior as well as interior surfaces. It gives a rich, smooth and elegant finish to the walls with a very good sheen. The finest raw materials used in the manufacturing of this product make it last for a longer duration of time. It protect the walls from algae growth, fungus attack, colour fading and flaking of paint.

• Now apply 2-3 coat of Nidco Super Plus+ Exterior Emulsion by diluting 1 Ltr. of Nidco Super Plus+ Exterior Emulsion with 600-700 ml. of water. Keep an interval of 4-6 hours between two coats.
• Generally 2 to 3 coats are recommended for greater protection

Directions for use:

• To get the desired shade, add a small quantity to the base paint and mix throughly.
• The stainer should be added before thining the Base/White paint.
• Due to their excellent tining strength, it is advisable not to use more than 5% to a given volume of paint.
• For excellent staining results, it is best to use Base White/White paint avaliable in the Nidco Paints range.
• Stir well and stain before use.
