| AN Ideal mill to grind anything like ( Spices, Haldi, Mirch, Chemicals) The Pulverising is done in mid air by hammers, unlike friction grinding in other grinding mills. The ground meal, therefore is ( Cold and Retains its flavours). The meal is then sieved and pneumatically carried to the cyclone for convenient bagging. |

| These vertical type mixers are most ideal dry mixing. The Principal is not to stir or tumble but to whirl the ingredients the mixing chamber. Vertical screw conveyor lifts the ingredients to top, where mixing paddles whirls particles to the wall of mixing chamber following to the bottom. This mix is lifted and whirled again & again to give homogenous mix. The biggest advantage of this type mixer is that both feeding and discharge are ground level. |
Horizontal mixers are most suitable for processing animal feeds. i.e. for Poultry, Cattle pig, Sheep and Aqua feeds. These produce a homogenous mix of ingredients. Molasses, Liquids, Fats can be directly added. These mixers have the following features.Designed for trouble free services Unique Tumbling action giving good accurate Mixing. Slow moving "soft mix" action eliminates product damage and degradation. Within five minutes an excellent homogenous mix is prepared.
Available in 25 kg. , 50 kg and 100 kg. Models Mixing chamber made out of 304 grade Stainless steel. Machine fitted with reduction gear box
