AAAG Air Release Valve, made of Gunmetal, 25 mm size MBSP threaded Inlet. The valve housing shall incorporate suitable ball arrangement to release air from the riser when being filled with water, but close the opening when water reaches the valve.

AAAG Super Stream Nozzle, made of Gunmetal, suitable for 63/75/100/150 mm waterway size monitor. Nozzle shall have nominal flow of 1750/2580/3500/7575 lpm, at 7 kg/cm2, and give superior range jet as well as narrow and wide angle spray. It shall have swivel inlet matching to monitor threads, Jet/ Spray changeover arrangement, and Rubber bumper.

AAAG Suction Strainer, 75/100/140 mm size, as per IS:907, made of Stainless Steel (SS304/316), having Female Round Threads of 75/100/140 mm size, and suitable for connection with suction hose couplings of similar size threads. Strainer shall have minimum number and size of holes as per IS:907

AAAG Blank Cap (Female Round Threads), made of Gunmetal, having standard 75/100/150 mm female round threads suitable for use with other standard Fire service fittings/ equipment (Pump outlets, Tank covers, etc) having matching male round threads (threads matching to IS:902).

AAAG Fire fighting (Foam) Trailer, made of suitable size M.S. channel/angles and deck fitted with non-slip Aluminium chequered plate. Trailer pipework/feed arrangement shall be such as to minimize friction losses, and mounted with suitable Monitor/Nozzle and Stainless Steel Foam concentrate tank. Manual and Vehicle towing arrangement provided.

AAAG Portable Firefighting pump unit, 275 lpm capacity @ 3.5 kgf/cm2, consisting of GREAVES (or equivalent), 8.3 HP Diesel engine, 3000 rpm, air cooled. Engine coupled with lightweight Aluminium alloy centrifugal pump, provided with an exhaust ejector primer. Pump inlet is 2.5 MRT, while outlet is 2.5 Instantaneous Female adaptor.

AAAG Trailer Firefighting pump unit, 1800 lpm capacity @ 7.0 kgf/cm2, consisting of TATA/Mahindra (or equivalent), 60 HP Diesel engine, 2200 rpm, Water cooled. Engine coupled with corrosion resistant Bronze centrifugal pump, provided with an exhaust ejector primer. Pump inlet is 4.0 MRT, with 2 Nos. 2.5 Instantaneous Female Outlet.

AAAG Hose Box, Single, made of Carbon (Mild) Steel sheet, 18 gauge thickness, approx. dimensions 450 x 600 x 250, suitable for storage of 1 No. 15 Mtrs. 63 mm Delivery hose, and short branch. Box shall have glass front, and locking arrangement (& small glass window for storing key opener).

AAAG Extinguisher Box, Single, made of Carbon (Mild) Steel sheet, 18 gauge thickness, approx. dimensions 450 x 600 x 250, suitable for storage of 1 No. portable Extinguisher (DCP- 10 kgs capacity or CO2 4.5 kgs capacity). Box shall have glass front, and locking arrangement (& small glass window for storing key opener).

AAAG Fixed Inline Inductor, made of SS304/SS316, Flow range 80 to 450/400 to 900/800 to 1800/1600 to 2700 lpm (@ 7 kgf/cm2), Inlet-Outlet size 65/80/100/150 NB, flanges as per ANSI 16.5 150# (or as per request), with suitable size Foam compound inlet for specified induction rate. Inline Inductors shall have hydraulically efficient design, with maximum pressure drop across inductor not exceeding 35%.

AAAG Foam compound Storage Tanks, made of Stainless Steel SS304/SS316, storage capacity (as specified by client), and shall incorporate regular design features such as expansion dome (for above 400 ltrs. capacity), sump at bottom of tank, vent valves, inlet and outlet connections, PV vent, etc. Level gauge (optional) can be provided.

AAAG Fire Bell, as per IS:928, made of brass, 10 size, complete with spring, nut and leather strap for operating the clapper. Bell can also be chromium plated (optional).

AAAG Belt & Pouch (for Fireman Axe), as per IS: 926, made of Leather with Chromium Plated Buckle, for wearing/strapping by Firefighters safely and ergonomically.

AAAG Multi-edge Fireman Axe, made of Forged Steel (hardened), and having insulated rubber handle, for Fire service use. Axe has a serrated edge for piercing wooden doors/windows.

AAAG Fire Beater, as per IS:8096, made of Carbon (Mild) Steel frame and Steel mesh, and having bamboo handle, suitable for fighting small Class A fires.

AAAG Basket Strainer, as per IS: 3582, size 75/ 100 mm, made of cane material and fitted with canvas sleeve and nylon rope for tying onto the suction pipe. The basket strainer should be suitable for use with standard fire service suction strainers.

AAAG Canvas (Cloth) Bucket, made from Canvas material, and provided with Nylon fastener, for holding and easy transportation of water. Cloth bucket shall have an approx. capacity of 7 Ltrs.

AAAG Hose Ramps, made of Natural Rubber, suitable for laying out 2 Nos. 63 mm Fire fighting delivery hoses. The Ramp shall allow passage of vehicles upto 20, 000 kgs weight, and shall have interlocking arrangement with keys to attach two or more ramps, for passage of multityre vehicles.

AAAG Hose Washing Machine, made of Aluminium alloy, having Gunmetal Instantaneous Male inlet. It shall have lifting handle as well as arrangements for mounting the machine at a fixed location, if required. The machine will generate spherical, directional jets for washing hoses (upto 3 diameter) externally.

AAAG Ejector Pump, made of Aluminium alloy, having 63 mm Male Instantaneous Inlet, 4 MRT Suction Inlet, and 4 MRT Discharge Outlet. The Pump shall be suitable for use with standard delivery and suction hoses and fittings. Pump shall work at inlet pressures > 5 kg/cm2 with an approx. capacity of 400 gpm at 5 kg/cm2 Inlet pressure.

AAAG Turbo Pump, made of Aluminium alloy, of approximate 1200 lpm capacity at 7 kg/cm2 inlet pressure (2 m depth). The turbine shall have 63 mm Male Instantaneous Inlet and 63 mm Female Instantaneous Outlet, while the evacuation pump shall have 63 mm Female Instantaneous outlet for discharging the evacuated liquid.

AAAG Hose Binding Machine, as per IS:3744, made of Carbon Steel and C.I. graded material. The machine shall be suitable for binding firefighting hose on hose coupling shanks using Copper or G.I. wire. Male and Female adaptors of different types and sizes, for binding of hoses can be supplied alongwith the machine (optional).

AAAG Hose Clamp, Type A, as per IS:5612, Part I, made of Aluminium alloy, incorporating closing mechanism and quick release device, for stopping leakages in firefighting delivery hose during firefighting operations. Clamp of different sizes suitable for use with 50, 63, 70 mm diameter Fire fighting delivery hose available.

AAAG Hose Clamp, Type B, as per IS:5612, Part I, made of Canvas material, incorporating clamping mechanism and quick release device, for stopping leakages in firefighting delivery hose during firefighting operations. Clamp of different sizes suitable for use with 50, 63, 70 mm diameter Fire fighting delivery hose available.

AAAG Hose Strap, made of canvas material, and having buckle for locking strap. The strap dimensions shall be approximately 860 x 40 mm, and shall be suitable for use with 63 mm Fire fighting delivery hoses.

AAAG Hose Sling, made of M.S. material and Canvas strap, and having suitable arrangement for getting firm grip of hose, and for holding the hose without undue strain on operator. The sling shall be suitable for use with 63 mm Fire fighting delivery hoses

AAAG High expansion Portable Foam Generator (Mini), constructed of SS 304 material, having 63 mm size male instantaneous Inlet, complete with matching Inline Inductor and flexible foam net. Generator shall generate good quality high expansion foam, typical expansion range 1: 200 to 350, and weight should not exceed 18 kgs.

AAG High expansion Foam Generator (Maxi), having FRP body, SS304 pipework, having 63 mm size male instantaneous Inlet and female Instantaneous outlet (for bypass valve), complete with inbuilt inducting arrangement, and flexible foam net. Generator shall generate good quality high expansion foam, typical expansion range 1: 500 to 1100.

AAAG Mobile Foam Trolley Unit, consisting of SS304 tank (100/150/200 Ltrs capacity), mounted on sturdy chassis/frame for easy maneuverability. Arrangements provided to mount low/medium expansion Foam Branch and matching Inline Inductor of 225/450 lpm capacity, as well as two nos. 15 Mtrs long Fire fighting Delivery hoses.

AAAG Portable Inline Inductor, nominal foam solution capacity matching to AAAG LX & MX Foam Branches. Constructed of Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), having 63 mm Male Inlet/ Female Inst. Outlet. Induction rate shall be 3% (optional 6%), with outlet pressure at least 65% of Inlet pressure. Supplied with PVC Pick up tube and SS304 dip tube.

AAAG Copper Branch pipe with nozzle, made of G.M./ Copper, fitted with 6/ 12/ 16/ 20/ 25 mm bore nozzle, for projecting water in form of solid jet. Nozzle shall have 63mm Male Instantaneous Inlet, and the nozzle and Male Inlet are brazed to the copper pipe. Flow shall vary depending on nozzle bore.

AAAG Short Branch Pipe with Nozzle, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 903, made of Gun Metal (Lead Tin Bronze), fitted with 6/ 12/ 16/ 20/ 25 mm bore nozzle, for projecting water in form of solid jet. The Branch shall have 63mm Male Instantaneous Inlet, suitable for use with 63 mm size Fire fighting hoses. H.P. tested to 21 kgf/cm2 for 2.5 minutes.

AAAG Short Branch Pipe with Nozzle, ISI marked, conforming to IS: 903, made of Stainless Steel (SS304/SS316), fitted with 6/ 12/ 16/ 20/ 25 mm bore nozzle, for projecting water in form of solid jet.
