SAF Self Series Synthetic Polyester [G3-M6]

SAF Self series of pockets comes with a stitched / in-house welding technology and is a low cost pocket filter for less challenging Usage Zone. The filter incorporates high performance synthetic filter media featuring progressive density and high dust holding capacity. Apart from lower cost the SAF H Loft series of pockets can be delivered in customized sizes and meets the clean ability requirement of many HVAC customers.

SAF MB Series Melt Blown [M5-F9] MERV-8-16

The pockets are manufactured from 100% polypropylene fibers laid on a colored polypropylene carrier material. The unique weld pattern design ensures that pockets inflate easily without touching adjacent pockets giving evenly distributed air flow & high dust holding capacity. Pockets are ready for assembly into bag filters with no cutting or stitching required.

SAF FG Series Fiber Glass [M5-F9]

The Fiberglass Pocket filters are constructed of an ultra fine glass fiber media. The media is bonded to a thin non-woven synthetic backing and sewn with multiple rows of expanded stitching. The stitch is flexible to help maintain pocket shape in changing conditions. All stitching is sealed with thermoplastic resin to prevent any possible leakage. The header is constructed of 24 gauge galvanized steel to prevent rusting and provide rigid support to the filter face.

SAF Gel Seal HEPA [E10-H14]

AFi's HEPA Gel Filters feature a gel channell into which a corresponding knife edge seats. The AFi's Gel channell creates an tight, water tight barrier. AFi's HEPA Gel filters are an excellent alternative to more commonly used filters using neoprene gaskets where superior sealing is required. The ceiling grid system or filter housing must have the corresponding knife edge to seat in the gel channel.
