Rotary Drum Dryer is special designed to dry the wood material which combines the function of drying and cooling, so Rotary Drum Dryer can save 30-50% energy. The Rotary Dryer is made up of Stove, Main Rotary Body, Screw Conveyor, Cyclone Separator, Air-lock, and Fan and matched Pipes which can realize to reduce the moisture from 60%-10%.
After the damp raw material is put into the dryer from on end, it is turned over through string-up rake inside the cylinder and distributed uniform in the dryer and contacted with countercurrent hot air fully. It speeds up heat and mass conducting of dry. During the period of dry raw material is effected by stirring-up rake with gradient and hot air. it can be moved and passed through the dry region and to star valve and then discharge the finished product.
During the Drying Process, the best moisture content to pellet and briquette is about 13-15% and 11-12%, the function of the Rotary Drum Dryer is to make the crushed pieces with suitable moisture.

Briquette Press is used for binder less production of high density fuel briquettes i.e. "biocoal" from all types of degradable biomass, residues & wastes such as groundnut shell, wood waste, baggasse (sugar cane stalk), cotton shell/stalk, mustard husk/straw, coffee husk pine needle, saw dust etc.
Briquette Press machine is a heavy duty, ram type reliable press designed for continuous operation, equipped with a sturdy crank gear, cross head and two flywheels. One of the flywheels acts as a pulley and is driven by the main motor through flat belt. Forced lubrication is provided by an oil-circulating system with dual filtration and forced cooling.
Material is continuously fed through a hopper by means of a vertical feeder with its own gear box and a motor. Regulated feed to the press is provided by independently driven screw through flexible pulley on motor. Dry ground or granulated material is fed to the top of the vertical feeder by screw conveyor. The vertical screw pre-compresses and forces the material downwards into pre-compression chamber. Here the material is forced by the ram through a die system into briquettes to the cooling line. The total operation is continuous and controlled from the main electrical panel.
