Anthurium is one of the most popular tropical flowers with a long vase life of about six weeks and even more depending on the variety and season. The heart-shaped flower really attracts everyone, being a popular foliage plant; Anthuriums are grown for their attractive flowering bracts which are popular with the cut flower trade. Anthurium is shade loving plant & it requires more humidity. India is having very long costal region where excellent quality Anthuriums can be produced.

Dutch Rose is one of the popular, oldest, modern & lovely flower which is known as symbol of love throughout world. Dutch Rose is always in high demand in national & international market. Dutch Rose plant is performing very well in moderate climate where the temperature will be in the range of 8 28 Deg. Excellent vase life & ability to withstand long distance transportation are the plus points of this flower for export purpose.

Gypsophila epitomizes beauty, grace, and a little something extra which attract more attention. These unique and elegant flowers have sturdy stems and bountiful blooms which suits perfectly as fillers in floral arrangement or bouquet. They are a beautiful, crisp white and arrive ready to light up any occasion.

Color Capsicum (sweet pepper or bell pepper) is one of the important high value vegetable crops cultivated in poly houses. It is rich in vitamin-A, C and minerals. Capsicum cultivation is very popular throughout India because of its high production with uniform quality. In addition to the quantum jump in yield, the superior quality and substantial reduction in the use of pesticides, makes it an economic and eco-friendly produce to grow capsicum in naturally ventilated poly houses round the year.

Cucumber is one of the best short period crop for polyhouse cultivation. It is mainly cultivated in summer season which gives very good returns to the farmer. Cucumber can be used as alternate crop with Color capsicum or Tomato which helps to engage the polyhouse in production throughout the year. It will provide additional income generation opportunity to the farmer. Cucumbers are a refreshing, nutritious and incredibly versatile addition to any diet. They are low in calories but contain many important vitamins and minerals, as well as high water content.

Tomato is a good option for polyhouse cultivators due to continuous demand in super market, malls & local market also. Tomato is considered both, a fruit and vegetable and forms an integral part of cuisines all across the globe. Now days people are very much health conscious and tomato being a great source of vitamin C, K potassium and foliate makes it essential part of diet. They are rich sources of antioxidants that have been proven to be effective against many forms of cancer. Tomatoes can be produce round the year with excellent quality in polyhouses.

The Betel is the leaf of a vine belonging to the Piperaceae family, which includes pepper and kava. Betel leaf is mostly consumed in Asia and elsewhere in the world by some Asian emigrants, as betel quid or in paan, with Areca nut and/or tobacco. Sri Lanka and in many parts of India a sheaf of betel leaves is traditionally offered as a mark of respect and auspicious beginnings. The betel plant is an evergreen perennial, with glossy heart-shaped leaves and white catkin. Betel leaves are beneficial to the throat and remove viscidity in human beings. Leaves help in digestion and tend to remove the bad smell of the mouth. The juice of betel leaves is used as an adjunct to pills administered in the Ayurvedic medicines. The fresh crushed leaves are used as antiseptic for cuts and wounds. It is also good for the respiratory system and is used in treatment of bronchitis, cough and cold.

Anchoring Foundation Coloumn: Formation level of Greenhouse are perfectly maintained in concrete ensures resting of main column on concrete.

Corridors : Bended / Hockey stick type corridors are used along width of the Greenhouse. Straight corridors are used along length of Greenhouse to stop displacement of main column from heavy wind resulting more strength to structure.

G.I. Pipes structure with Hinge Joint: G.I. Pipe members are joined to each others by means of clamps, angle brackets & nut bolts which ensures more strength against the vibrations caused by wind.

4.6 mtr. Gutter Height : This height is from foundation formation Level to bottom of Gutter . Total height of the structure is 6.5 mtr.

Curtain opening along periphery : This system allows to minimize or maximize side ventilation as per the requirement and ensures outside cold air to flow inside and push inside hot air to outside from top ventilation. Also by closing side ventilation one can block Co2 exhausted by plant inside the Greenhouse during night & use the same in morning to increase photosynthesis of the plant.

Bottom Chords : Straightness of the bottom chord is maintained for any length of the Greenhouse by means of perfect mathematical calculations, resulting more strength & good aesthetical appearance to the structure.

17 % Top Ventilation : More ventilation means better control over temperature. This design is suitable for those crops which needs more ventilation like Anthurium, Carnation etc. or those areas where temperature in summer is too high like CentralGujarat, Rajasthan etc.

Structure Grid 6 Mtr. x 4 mtr. : Multi span structure having 6 meter span and 4 meter distance between two trusses.

Curtain Flap Controls : Avoids the outside flapping of polythene curtain ensures more life of the side polythene

Flap Control & Curtain Runners : IGPL provides flap control pipe that avoids the flapping of curtain paper & reduces maintenance due to wind pressure. Extra purlin is provided along periphery with aluminum gripper which increases strength of structure and also increases life of side polythene.

Aluminum Gripper : Curvature at the bottom surface for perfect fitting on the pipes and radius is given to the edges where polythene under stress.

Gutter : Trapezoidal shaped gutter in single piece made from G.P. sheet coil and are placed on the structure by means of modern technology
