The MAHARAJA SOAPS Group started with laundry soaps being manufactured in the middle of city centre without much technical knowledge of the product in 1971. With great efforts of Mr. Balkishan ji Somani, group gained ability to manufacture quality soaps. In these days, the facility of manufacturing soap was only restricted to manufacture Laundry Soaps also known as Washing Soap or Clothes Washing Soap. It is basically a oil based soap which is well accepted in the Northern region of the INDIA. Transformer Oil is basically an Insulating Oil. Insulating Oils or Transformer Oils are mineral electrical insulating oils processed from fractional distillation and treatment of crude petroleum An Insulating Oil must have the following properties: 1) Excellent dielectric properties resulting in minimum power loss. 2) High resistivity leading to better insulation values between windings. 3) High flash point and thermal stability facilitating reduction in evaporation losses. 4) Long life performance and excellent ageing characteristics, even under severe electrical stress. 5) Virtually devoid of corrosive sulphur, leading to enhanced stability and protection against corrosion. 6) Wider operating temperature range, resulting from higher flash and lower pour point. 7) Available in a wide range of grades to fit every requirement and meeting every possible specification. Insulating Oil when used in a Transformer is popularly known as Transformer Oil. The Oil in Transformer serves the following purposes: 1) Transformer Oil provides the liquid insulation in between the windings and other conductive parts of Transformer. 2) It acts as a cooling medium. 3) It preserves the Core and the winding of the Transformer as the Transformer Core and winding remain immersed in the Oil. 4) The most important role played by the Transformer Oil is to protect the interaction of atmospheric oxygen and the cellulose made paper insulation of the winding. In this way Transformer Oil prevents the oxidation of cellulose made paper insulation of the winding.

These starting materials include conventional base stocks for the older acid treatment process to Vacuum Gas Oils (VGO) for the more currently widely used two stage hydrotreating method. Both processes produce colorless, odorless, tasteless oils where all components that might have any detrimental effects on their end usage, such as aromatics, sulphur or other impurities, have essentially been removed, resulting in a pure and thermally stable product. Thanks to these characteristics white oils are widely used in pharmaceutical and medicinal applications, cosmetics, and the plastic and food industries.

Base oil is produced by means of refining crude oil. This means that crude oil is heated in order that various distillates can be separated from one another. The most common one is a type of paraffinic crude oil, although there are also naphthenic crude oils that create products with better solubility and very good properties at low temperatures. By using hydrogenation technology, in which sulfur and aromatics are removed using hydrogen under high pressure, you can obtain extremely pure base oils, which are suitable when quality requirements are particularly stringent
