Thermobreak flexible thermal insulation offers outstanding thermal insulation properties and effective condensation control. It is made from physically (irradiation) crosslinked closed cell polyolefin foam, factory fused using an electron beam process, to a reinforced aluminium foil and backed with a specially developed acrylic tissue interlayer adhesive system. The product meets the fire & smoke safety standards and is environmental friendly in terms of being fibre-free, CFC & HCFC-free. Seven Star provides a single stop solution for duct systems and in addition to straight rectangular ducts can also supply all required accessories including duct fittings, gaskets, nuts & bolts, cleats, sealant, flanges, gaskets etc. Ducts are generally fabricated to SMACNA standards, but other standards can also be complied with. Further alternative materials of construction to the normally used GI, are also available.
