What is the Temperature Rang When using snell Surgizyme?Snel Surgizyme diluted and used at room temperature (25º C to 45º C) but for faster cleaning result use warm water at (45º C to 55ºC)
Excessive hot water will make protein load adhere to instruments and will cause enzymes to degrade before completing digestion and thus high temperature break down enzymes.

What happens if Snell Surgizymes sits out too long? How often it should be discarded?Enzymes are an organic protein-based material once mixed with water, they will slowly begin to spoil just, as milk or meat would if left out too long. The solution will begin to smell foul, within a day Enzymes break down as they additional organic digest soils. If instruments are highly contaminated the load and depleted enzymes will both contribute to unpleasant odors, so it should be discarded after each use.

Does Snell Surgizyme Harm Instruments?No, it as neutral pH safe to use on all instruments including lens and lumen instruments. Non corrosive system to prevent damage to metallic surface during the decontamination process when using this product as a pre-soak or holding solution. It is not recommended to soak metallic items over two hours.

Direction for Use :

• Normal Soiled Cleaning : Add 30-40 ml of eleaner to 5 liter of water. Mop or Spray solution on Surface to be cleaned. Allow to penetrate wipe or Mop clean.
• Heavily soiled cleaning on floor : Add 50-60 ml of eleaner to 5liter of water. Mop or spray solution on surface to be cleaned. Allow to penetrate for a few minutes. Mop to remove accumulated dirt. Wipe excess with a dry mop
• Wall, Counter top, Woodwork, Glass Window : And 20ml of cleaner to 1 liter of water. Moisten a clean, soft cloth with the solution and, simply wipe dirt, Grime from the surface

Snell Toilet Bowl Cleaner contains strong organic acid that is completely non-oxidizing; other advantages from the ecological point of view are its ready biodegradability and its low organic carbon content. It is also odor free, which enables it to be used in a wide range of different applications including odor sensitive applications. It dissolves scale more quickly than hydrochloric acid and formic acid. It dissolves scale more effectively than citric acid, and it does not have any effect on fragrances. It is a much stronger acid than citric acid, which means that it can be employed at lower concentrations. It dissolves lime scale more effectively than sulfamic acid. It is a stronger acid than sulfamic acid, and so it can be employed at lower concentrations. Unlike sulfuric acid, it is non-oxidizing. The salts of it differ from those of sulfuric acid in that they are very soluble in water, with the result that it is able to keep cautions in solution for long periods and does not form any insoluble deposits. It is less corrosive to many materials than sulfamic acid, phosphoric acid or hydrochloric acid at the same molar concentration.

Restaurant Kitchen Drain Lines Application : Treating the restaurant drain line is very simple, but has to be rigorously followed for best results. Superzyme GTM must be put into all the lines at the end of each day – sink drain line, floor drain line, and dishwasher drain line and garbage disposals.

Cleanout dosage : Dissolve 100 gms of superzyme GTM in 20 litres of lukewarm water. This quantity is sufficient for 20-30 metres of drain line. Ensure that the solution spread across every sink and all around the kitchen area. Repeat the process daily until the drain becomes free-flowing. Superzyme GTM should be used during hours when the drains are non-operational.

Maintenance Dosage : Dissolve 50 gms of superzyme GTM in 10 litres of lukewarm water twice a week or dissolve 20 gms of superzyme in 5litres of water daily. This quantity is sufficient for 20-30 metres of drain line. Ensure that the solution spread across every sink, P Trap, U trap and all around the kitchen area.
