Automatic Bottle Washer - SRM 130/140/150 Automatic bottle washing machines are designed for high output and for cleaning very dirty bottles with labels and foils. It has 3 to 4 multisoak tanks for intensive soak of the bottles and spraying inside, outside with high pressure sprays. Evats 600 fully automatic filling, capping and semi automatic rinsing is specially designed by SEPPA Private Limited for mineral water / carbonated beverages. The entire process has provisions in the machine for rinsing, filling, capping and sealing The entire process is controlled by a PLC with Sensor Controls with one tough instrumentation system. The whole equipment is sleek and is capable of bottling various sizes of bottles ranging from 200 ml to 2 lts. The mineral water pet bottles / carbonated water bottles are fed into the Input Feed Conveyor of the Evats 600 after manually rinsing them in the semi automatic rinser. The bottles go automatically on the conveyor to the filling station. Optic Sensor senses the bottles and allows only required amount of bottles to enter the filling station. Special pneumatic robos hold the bottles by the neck and body prior to the filling heads descending into the bottles. SCPF 1000 is a fully automatic bottling machine specially designed by SEPPA Private Limited for mineral water / carbonated beverages. The entire process has provisions in the machine for Rinsing, Filling, Capping and Sealing automatically. The entire process is fully computerized with PLC and Sensor Control with one touch instrumentation system under technology transfer and technical collaboration from US Microcons Inc. California. U.S.A. The whole equipment is sleek and is capable of bottling various sizes of bottles ranging from 500 ml to 2 Litres. The mineral water bottles are fed into the input feed conveyor of the SCPF 1000 systems. The bottles are first picked up using an automatic robot arm, which tilts the bottle on the top of rinsing spray, which rinses the bottles in three stages. The bottles are cleaned with ozonized mineral water. After rinsing the bottles are transferred by neck to the filling stations. Here the bottles are filled accurately by filling valves. MICROBREWERY BEER FERMENTATION TANK

Our fermentation tanks are constructed using SS 304 or SS 316 as desired, designed as cylinder conical tanks with cone angle between 65 to 72 degrees. These tanks are equipped with dimple jacketed glycol cooling system and insulated with 50 60 mm poly urethane foam. Tanks are fitted with high quality solenoid valves that regulate tank temperature. The cooling surface includes the cone and cylinder area. Independent cooling for cone and cylinder areas can be optionally provided. All tanks are fitted with high quality RTD sensors for accurate temperature indications.

Tanks are pressure tested to 3.0 bar and are fitted with a safety pressure valve set at 2.5 bar. Single or dual CIP spay balls are fitted for CIP operation. Overhead cross arm extending to the side is provided with a pressure regulating device and a sanitary air trap for releasing and regulating carbon dioxide during fermentation. Standard provision include front or overhead manhole opening.

In the event the fermentation tanks is used as a uni-tanks for maturation and beer distribution, tanks can be fitted with beer python line outlet and carbonation inlets, and kegging outlets. Arrangements for applying counter pressure of Carbon Dioxide is provided in the cross arm assembly.

Tanks are also optionally equipped with sampling outlets and inspection glass with light. Tanks are available from 200 liters to 2000 liters in the microbrewery range, and larger capacities for full scale brewery.

Our fermentation tanks are constructed using SS 304 or SS 316 as desired, designed as cylinder conical tanks with cone angle between 65 to 72 degrees. These tanks are equipped with dimple jacketed glycol cooling system and insulated with 50 60 mm poly urethane foam. Tanks are fitted with high quality solenoid valves that regulate tank temperature. The cooling surface includes the cone and cylinder area. Independent cooling for cone and cylinder areas can be optionally provided. All tanks are fitted with high quality RTD sensors for accurate temperature indications.

Tanks are pressure tested to 3.0 bar and are fitted with a safety pressure valve set at 2.5 bar. Single or dual CIP spay balls are fitted for CIP operation. Overhead cross arm extending to the side is provided with a pressure regulating device and a sanitary air trap for releasing and regulating carbon dioxide during fermentation. Standard provision include front or overhead manhole opening.

In the event the fermentation tanks is used as a uni-tanks for maturation and beer distribution, tanks can be fitted with beer python line outlet and carbonation inlets, and kegging outlets. Arrangements for applying counter pressure of Carbon Dioxide is provided in the cross arm assembly.
