the machine has flute rolls which are the main part of this machine. These are very minutely finished to give the perfect impression on the board. Motorized self loading twin shaft reel stand with three unwinding shafts helps in easy operation saving time. Electric heaters are fitted to provide lamination of board which help to increase the efficiency and production.

Bearing of corrugated and pressure roller adopt high temperature lubricate grease.
Glue parts auto supply glue circularly.
The upper-lower corrugating roller are made of 48CrMo high quality alloy steel, after heat-treatment. The hardness HRC58-60, the surface be grinded.
The glue part surface are treated by special mesh snicked and chromeplated.
Motorized or manual glue width dividing to match the paper width.
Glue part can be running independently or non-independently while stopped.
TechnicalSpecifications
Woodwind Rolls are minutely completed and mounted on circular Roller Bearings, to give idealize impact on Board. The setting of Flute Roll is from one side as it were. A Motor is fitted to keep the Gum Rolls Rotation for tumult of the gum while the gum Unit is withdrawn from the Flute Rolls. A steam shower is accommodated idealize development of the flutes. Mechanized self Loading Reel Stand is also furnished with machine. The Machine is furnished with Centralized Lubrication System.
