Heavy Duty Export Model Platen Die Punching Machine is meant for Creasing. Cutting & Punching of Paper, Linoleum, Fiber, Cork, Leather, Plastic PVC Thin Metal Sheets, Card Board as well as Corrugated Boxes. The Machine is provided with Safety Devices like Electro- magnetic Clutch, Timer, Brake, and Trip Bar & Safety Guard for Operator safety. The Machine is also equipped with Micron Impression Adjustment System, Dwell Timing Device, Centralized Lubricating System, Sheet Counter Along with all moving parts are protected by approved safety Guards and with all standard accessories.

• The structure is double rotary shafts with four arms Support two paper mill rolls on both arms at the same time.
• Hydraulic Control for paper mill roller up-down, clamp open and centering.
• Web tension is controlled by pneumatic brake or manual brake Springiness chucks are optional.

• Maximum paper roll diameter : 1400mm.

Main structure and Features

• Main structure and Features
• Surface ground steel hot plates are of inner whirlpool structure, 175mm high and 550mm width.

This machine can be operated in alignment of corrugating machine instead of rewinding and making roll of single phase. It will avoid the labour of 2 to 3 persons to cut on board cutter. The machine is attached with A.C. Drive motor with PLC controller .with digital size setting. Moreover the machine is provided with variable speed drive to align the corrugation. It can cut the paper into 2 to 3 Nos. at a time from paper reels with no variances.

Sheet Pressing Machine is used for pressing of Corrugated Sheets. The glued sheets which are processed on pasting machine are piled on lower plate and then pressure is applied for some time by lowering upper moving plate.

Pasting Machine is useful for gluing the fluted side of the board and for pasting board to paper as will as to board for making 3-5-7 ply board. The model of this machine is different than the others and is full enclosed model. The Machine is adjustable by rotating handle provided on one side of machine.

Slotting and corner cutting is done simultaneously over this machine. It is capable of slotting a number of sheets in one stroke. The distance between two slots and slots depth is adjustable. Two guides are provided for facilitating east feeding and correct dimensions.

The Machine has flute rolls which are the main part of this machine. These are very minutely finished to give the perfect impression on the board. Motorized self loading twin shaft reel stand with three unwinding shafts helps in easy operation saving time. Electric heaters are fitted to provide lamination of board which help to increase the efficiency and production.
