Our Products
Muscovite and Phlogopite thick mica insulation plate are designed for use in extreme conditions and have excellent properties like heat retarding, flame resisting, low thermal conductivity, good electrical insulation, high mechanical strength and non-toxic. It is widely used for Arc chutes, Bus bar support, Dynamic braking resistor, induction furnace, resistor heat dissipater etc.

Mica Tube is manufactured using Muscovite mica, Phlogopite mica, Calcinated Muscovite Mica using suitable silicone resin in order to make it into a hard pipe. The process involves coating of suitable resin on mica paper surface, rolling into tube, and heat curing for several hours to get the desired outcome. This tube is suitable for high temperature and high dielectric strength requirement, which are used in HV Electric Motors, Furnaces, Arc - Furnace, Metalurgy Industries.
