SEALWELL make high performance advance (Zero Leakage) Rotary Joints/Unions are used to transfer fluid from a stationary source, such as a supply pipe, into a rotating piece of machinery. It consists of Mechanical seal arrangement and bearing for smooth functioning.

The EcoAqua systems, which are manufactured in Singapore, are Plug and Play modular systems, which treat all kinds of wastewater and allows them to be safely discharged through the sewage system, adhering to the local sewage and drainage regulations.

The EcoAqua systems recycle grey water and black water into reusable water that can be applied for multiple purposes. The EcoAqua systems use an Ultrafiltration (UF) membrane to remove suspended solid, colloidal material, high molecular weight material, bacteria, oil and grease. Water is fed through a semi permeable membrane using low pressure, to produce clear reusable water. Ultrafiltration (UF) is used to remove essentially all colloidal particles and suspended particles (0.1 0.01 microns) from water.

AGE also has Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, which recycle groundwater, river water and seawater into potable, clean drinking water. Our RO system uses Ultra Filtration coupled with Reverse Osmosis to remove suspended solid, colloidal material, high molecular weight material, bacteria, etc. The water is fed through a semi permeable membrane to produce clean water.

According to each customer's wastewater contents, our EcoAqua Plug and Play systems will be customized to allow a Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) reduction of more than 90%. Our systems cater to both domestic and industrial markets.

The Wet Series is an entirely self-contained and continual feed disposal system for organic waste.It is designed to convert solid food waste materials into crystal-clear reusable water, which can be applied for multiple purposes e.g. washing or watering of plants.

Our Wet Series systems increase the speed of the natural decomposition process through biological means like maintaining optimal levels of aeration, moisture, and temperature. Under these controlled conditions, microorganisms can safely decompose food waste at a rate much faster than under natural conditions, which are subjected to soil and groundwater contamination.

AGE can safely and quickly decompose any kind of food waste including vegetables, fruits, scraps, raw and cooked meat, fish, poultries and dairy products.

Enzyme-enhanced microbial technology gives us the biological tools necessary for improving organic waste management.

Our products work with a Microbial Additive that is specially designed and produced by our team of Bio Scientists. This additive contains a powdered blend of organisms blended with crude enzymes and emulsifiers specifically designed to digest and deodorize organic wastes.

Microbial additive is classified as BIO-Safety Level 1, making it completely safe for Human and animal contact.

Dry seals are sDry seals are special purpose seal which does not require any external media to cool its faces. These seals are used for less critical applications in top entry agitators. These are very econimical and requires less maintenance cost as compared to double mechanical seal. 'TB' serTB' series seals are suitable for handling corrosive media.This is an externally mounted seal so none of the metal parts comes in contact with the media.The seal has no dynamic elastomers and hence no fretting damage occurs on the shaft.

Teflon bellow (Replaceable face) Mechanical seal are suitable for handling corrosive media with some solid contents. The seal has a replaceable face. TThermosyphon pot is basically used for smooth running of Mechanical seal. Moreover it also extends the life of a seal. These are a must when Double Mechanical seals are recommended for variety of application.

The basic function of Thermosyphon pot is offer a counter pressure to the system due to which the seal faces remains intact, brings down the temp. In seal chamber and provides continuous lubrication to seal faces.

Improper lubrication of seal faces is the main cause of seal failure. This is because the seal face rubs against each other at very high speeds. Due to this there is a lot of heat generation on and near the seal faces. The media which is in then Thermosyphon pot creates a thin fluid film between the seal faces which disables the dry running of the faces.

Pressure in the Thermosyphon is always higher than that of the system, so that in case of any leakage the media of the Thermosyphon pot (which is compatible with the media of the system) is pressurised into the system, making the whole system leak proof.
