SEALMEACH Wafer Type, Slim-Seal, Center Disc Butterfly Valves are reliable, maintenance free shutoff with permanently gas-tight seal with an integrally moulded or replaceable elastomer body liner. SEALMECH butterfly valves are available with double gland sealing with P.T.F.E. Bearing Bush. These butterfly valves excess other conventional valves such as gate valve and globe valves in all aspects, especially in terms of light weight, less number of component, no flange gaskets required and economical operation and maintenance costs.

SEALMECH Gate Valves are Bolted Bonnet, Rising Spindle, Outside Screw & Yoke Type construction. SEALMECH Gate valves are available with Solid wedge, Flexible wedge, Split wedge, and Parallel wedge designs offer maximum flexibility and option to clients for their suitable selection. SEALMECH Gate Valve having Deep stuffing box, which provides assure tightness and maximum packing life. Separate properly machined and lapped back seat facilities are provided for replacement of Gland packing when valve is in stream under pressure.

Sealmech range of Needle valves are available in bar stock round & Square body with Screwed (BSP/NPT), Socket Weld, Butt Weld & Flange End Connection. Needle valves are similar in design and operation to the globe valve. Instead of a disk, a needle valve has a long tapered point at the end of the valve stem. The long taper of the valve element permits a much smaller seating surface area than that of the globe valve; therefore, the needle valve is more suitable as a throttle valve. Normally the material of Needle Valve bodies and its various parts is SS 304, SS316, SS 304L or SS 316L, but depending on the application and the system requirements brass, monel, hastalloy can also be used. Needle valves are used to control flow into delicate gauges, which might be damaged by sudden surges of fluid under pressure.
Needle valves are also used to control the end of a work cycle, where it is desirable for motion to be brought slowly to a halt, and at other points where precise adjustments of flow are necessary and where a small rate of flow is desired.
Sealmech Needle Valve Size range is from 1/4" to 2" in round and square body construction and pressure rating up to 5000 psig.

SEALMEACH make Globe Valves are OS & Y Type, Rising Spindle & Bolted Bonnet Design. Sealmech specially designed globe valve ensure 100% smooth flow area to reduce pressure drop across the valve. Specially designed gland packing and deep stuffing box is providing to assure tightness and maximum long packing life. Properly machined and lapped back seat facilities are provided for replacement of Gland packing when valve is in stream under pressure.

SEALMEACH make globe valves are available in On-Off Disc, Control Disc and Parabolic Disc type. Stellited trims are generally provided for all above 600# valves and in lower rating also on request.
