SAI Offers Compact Solid State Electronics Analogue Pirani Guage with Provision of connecting 2 Nos. Sensors to read Vacuum from 0.5 mbar to 1x10-3mbar. It is Factory Calibrated for reliable and repeatable reading, Pressure indications, Excellent Zero Stability and with/without set point controller and Modular Design.
Pirani Guage works on Principle of wheat stone Bridge. Change of pressure in vacuum system brings about fall or rise in the no. of gas molecules which brings resistance change into electrically heated filament in the system which forms one arm of wheat stone bridge.
This Pirani Gauge instrument with two sensors having wide range of applications, in high vacuum systems where one sensor is used to measure backing vacuum and the other sensor can be used for measuring high vacuum. Pirani Gauge instruments can be used in high vacuum systems, coating units, sputtering units, and many other applications where vacuum to be measured in the range of 0.5 to 1 x 10-3mbar.
SAI Offers Compact Solid State Electronics Digital Penning Guage with Penning Sensors to read Vacuum from 10-2mbar to 10-6mbar range. This is cold cathode ionization guage consisting of two electrodes cathode and anode. Penning Guage works on the principle of cold cathode Ionization. The gauge is stabilized to high voltage DC power supply of about 2 KV. The ionization current in terms of vacuum can be noted from the front panel micro-ammeter.
