The CP30 concrete mixing plant from Stetter has now proven its abilities at more than 1500 locations in India as well in countless sites across the globe. 45 years of Stetter experience in the construction and production ofConcrete Batching Plantshas been 3 implemented in the newest development of the CP30. The concrete output is approximately 30m /h of 3 compacted concrete for a batch size of 0.5 m. The plant design fully meets the requirements as a mixing plant for ready-mix concrete or as a plant at the building site. Other areas of use include the precast factories and concrete product industries. Additionally, it is also used for mortar manufacturing. The plant is available with a turbo pan mixer or with a planetary pan mixer for precast concrete production.
A special characteristic of the CP plant series is the large active and passive reserve provided by the star design.This gives you a high level of independence from the scheduled delivery of aggregates. The CP30 isespecially compact when used with a compartment batcher. There are advantages in regard to the space required as well as when transporting the plant to other locations.
The plant design fully meets the requirements as a mixing plant for ready-mix concrete or as a plant at the building site. Other areas of use include the precast factories and concrete product industries. Additionally, it is also used for mor tar manufacturing.
Inline Solo Version
If you use more than four types of aggregates, an inline silo can be used for storage. Each aggregate component is stored in a steel or customer-owned concrete silo. If the aggregates cannot be delivered on time when large amounts of concrete are required, intermediate storage can also be built. A weighing belt that can be calibrated is installed for dosing the aggregates instead of a weighing container. After weighing, the conveyor belt transports ts and delivers the aggregates into the feeder skip of the mixing plant. Feeding the in-line silo compare tments is done using a wheel loader or belt conveyor equipment.
Compartment Batcher Version
The CP30 with compartment batcher is designed for individual situations where the plant location can be changed at low cost. It is an economical alternative to the inline silo and the star batcher unit. The compartment batcher consists of four individual compartments with a total capacity of 40 cu.m. Dosing and weighing the aggregate takes place, as with a star batcher, directly in the feeder skip.
The motor (Diesel or Electric) drives the axial piston pump via a flexible coupling. Due to automatic output adjustment optimum utilization of the motor power, resulting in low energy consumption at differing pumping condition. Additionally, the concrete flow can be manually adjusted. The pump operates in a proven open circuit.The maximum placing output and the pressure are determined by the construction sites. Between these two values, automatic adjustment by the governor occurs maintaining a constant output depending on the power available from the installed drive motor.
Design
The portable concrete pumps are assembled in the unit construction system. The main assembly groups are Frame, Power unit, Concrete pump kit, Control block, Hydraulic tank and Hopper with agitator.
The Frame & Axle
The frame, in compact execution, is constructed from standard vehicle profiles. The pump is mounted on heavy duty single axle chassis with draw bar, pneumatic tyres and for travelling on construction sites at up to 25 km/hr.
Control System
The fully hydraulic control system is integrated within the drive. The compact control block and minimal hydraulic lines makes the equipment reliable and durable. The differential cylinder has trouble free piston rings and automatic constant stroke maintenance. Both gate valves change independently so that even when full change over is prevented by foreign material or similar obstructions in the concrete, the pump continues to operate without problems. All components are especially developed and manufactured to withstand the rough treatment on construction sites.
