Schrader 5/2 double poppet valves are unique range of valves which are robust by design and are used in wide range of applications for several decades. These poppet valves are designed to give long and trouble free service under the most arduous conditions.
Poppet valves design is marked by high flow capacity, shorter switching distance giving it faster response time and self cleaning properties. This is due to the fact that as the poppet shifts away from the face, the entire annular area between the face and the poppet is available for air flow. The air flowing over the poppet seal carries with it any dust or dirt particles, thus cleaning the seal. Hence poppet valves are suitable for use in dusty atmosphere and for high frequency operation. These poppet valves can be operated upto a cycle time of 500 cycles/min
Schrader has a range of time tested Modular Spool Valve series in " port size. These are sturdy in construction and have wide application. Available in 5/2 & 5/3 versions with solenoid, pilot and different manual actuations. Solenoid valves have external pilot as optional feature. Manual actuation includes hand lever, foot lever, push button, and mechanical actuation includes roller actuated valves. There is a choice of body porting & sub - base porting. The solenoid valves have a unique feature of manual override by a knob. The valves are also offered in the form of a gang manifold.
