The E rickshaws available in the market are four seaters and run on fixed routes. This deprives the passenger of the last mile connectivity leading to further travel by walking or a pedal rickshaw to reach the final destination the home, office, or market place.   Exito meaning success in Spanish is a specially designed electric vehicle to fill this gap for enabling the commuter travelling by Metro or bus to reach his or her final destination the house or office in comfort and convenience.   The passenger can immediately board the rickshaw and move towards the destination doorstep may it be the house, office, or the market place.   This particular model has evolved after a lots of research and observance of the current scenario. The rickshaw’s being sold in the market are nothing but the imported Chinese version without any modifications or adaptation of the local conditions, or safety features, oblivious to the comfort or convenience of the driver or the passenger.   The front wheel of the vehicles available in the market is different from the two rear wheels, as a result of which the spare wheel can not replace the front wheel if it deflates on the road. This leads to safe travel conditions on the roads. The auxiliary battery is connected to a solar panel on the roof of the vehicle, which recharges the battery in the daytime to be used during the evening/night.   The FRP body of the vehicle is fire resistant and all steel used in the body including the handle and the foot brake pedal is stainless steel, which is non-corrosive and requires no maintenance. The rear brakes under the chassis is of a unique fail proof mechanism designed to give adequate ground clearance.
