SIL provides a wide range of CNG cylinders that are designed and manufactured to comply with the highest national and international standards like ISO, EN, IS, BS, NZS AND D.O.T. and any other International Standards. We have high-quality seamless steel CNG cylinders for almost all kinds of vehicles, like three-wheelers, cars, buses and delivery vehicles.

SIL CNG cylinders are strong and lightweight and undergo stringent cyclic testing to assess fatigue strength, usage life and to ensure safety and reliability under extreme climate conditions. We supply the cylinders according to customer specifications and requirements. The CNG tanks are manufactured to tolerate a working pressure of 200 bar. Various CNG cylinders are available with different diameters and lengths and produced in various specifications, according to the technical features required by different countries. All cylinders are epoxy-coated on the outside to offer protection against rough handling.

SIL medical gas cylinders are manufactured with extra quality inspection stages to ensure that cylinder have smooth and clear international surfaces to save oxygen and other medical gases from contamination. As part of medical use, external surface has been coated with good quality epoxy paint and also adhere to the stringent national and international standards.

Gases like oxygen and nitrous oxide are extensively used in the health care business for patients who need help breathing, for administering anesthesia during operations etc. So cylinders not only need to be safe, they have to be free of containments as well.

SIL makes thick-walled shells for hydraulic accumulators mainly bladder type with the working pressures are up to a maximum of 330 bars and test pressures are up to 500 bars for various type of industrial uses and requirements. The accumulators have been designed to meet the highest safety standards, and are capable of withstanding millions of duty cycles of pressurization.

There has been a dramatic growth in industrial hydraulics applications because of increasing automation, and the need for reliable, compact force elements. And hydraulic accumulators are widely used in industrial hydraulics to dampen shocks, and save energy by downsizing the prime movers.

The product is available in varying diameters (76-407 mm), lengths (200-2, 500 mm) and preferred diameters (90 mm, 114 mm, 168 mm, 220 mm). The shells are also designed and manufactured to comply with international standards and our in-house standards are on a par with those of reputed global manufacturers of hydraulic accumulator assemblies.

The material used in accumlators construction include chromium molybdenum steel, nickel chromium molybdenum steel, carbon manganese steel, carbon steels and stainless steel as per customer requirements

The gas industry relies heavily on cylinders to store and transport gases. Because the cylinders are packed with gases under high pressure, they can be volatile. So they must be tough enough to withstand rough handling during transportation to prevent accidents.

SILs high-pressure industrial gases cylinders for oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, helium, air etc are designed to withstand such rough handling. For one, they are made of high-quality seamless steel tubes using state-of-the-art CNC machines. Whats more, we adhere to the most stringent regulations both national and international while manufacturing them. Cylinders for the domestic market are produced as per IS-7285, certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (ISI) and approved by the Chief Controller of Explosives, Government of India.

We provide cylinders with water capacities that range between one liter and 280 liters, and also supply the size you need on request. SILs high-pressure gas cylinders are ideal to store carbon dioxide (CO2) gas, which is used to make aerated water, as a propellant for fire extinguishers, beverages and beer kegs.

The SIL provide wide range, and includes small cylinders with water capacities of between one liter and 34 liters and large ones for system applications (46.7 liters to 280 liters).

SIL have given below the details of the cylinders, which can also be used for nitrous oxide and all liquefiable gases with test pressures up to 250 bars. We can also supply cylinders with test pressures of up to 325 bars for special applications.

SIL has also undertaken manufacturing of mobile and stationary cylinder cascades for various type of gases. These cascades are suitable for mounting on LCVs, and come with various water capacities and storage pressures to meet specific customer requirements. Cascade is very versatile for storage and transportation of gases in bulk form. Manufacturing of cascade involves deep engineering for layout of cylinder with maximum storage capacity along with its weight trailing capacity.
