Link Cartridge Fuse is an over current protective device used to protect electronic equipments manufactured in ceramic or glass tubing. It is a current responsive device and is placed in a series with electric circuit to be protected. The opening of fuses signifies that something is wrong with the circuit and should be corrected before switching on the current again. In normal functioning the fuse should not open at all.

Link Glass /ceramic Cartridge Fuses are made of Ceramic or Glass tubing fitted with Nickel Plated Brass end caps. Suitable element is connected to end caps. The rated value and voltage are embossed on end caps. International specifications IEC – 127 are followed for Manufacturing and Testing of fuses.
