The VS-800 is eddy current type non-contact displacement/vibration transducer, used for measuring Shaft Vibration, Axial Position, Rotating Speed and Phase Mark (Phase Reference) from small rotating machinery to large critical machinery such as turbines and compressors in plants. The system provides an output voltage directly proportional to the distance between the probe tip and the observed conductive surface. It is capable of both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) measurements. In addition, it is designed to meet the API (American Petroleum Institute) standard 670 requirements, often referred as machinery protection system for petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants around the world

The 3-Phase Power Monitoring system is a digital signal controller based system that can be used to analyze and record the power line signal going out of a power source. The system is capable of measuring non-sinusoidal voltage and current wave forms containing high harmonics. The instrument is used to measure and compute the Power, RMS Value of current, Power Factor as low as 0.1 and communicates these parameters to the remote PC through MODBUS on RS-485 network.

The Spindle test and analysis system is utilized to pre-condition of the spindles before they are installed in a machine. This process is accomplished over several hours at various increased running speeds which can be selected by the end user. Motor controls allow the user to choose specific speeds to soak the spindle for specific periods of time. The temperature, Noise and vibration level of the spindle are measured and compared with the set values to generate alarms for limit crossing.
