The table mounted on mounting springs is vibrated by the unbalance vibro motor mounted at the bottom of the table. They are versatile and widely used for industrial applications to package, shock and fatigue test and for densifying refractory blocks, concrete products. They can also be used as shakeouts for some foundry flasks and in concrete block industries.

Vibratory feeders are supplied through a half-wave rectifier resulting into 3000 vibrations per minute at 50Hz. The amplitude of vibrations can be varied to vary the feed rate externally with the help of variac provided in the control panel. As there is no moving mechanical parts inside the power unit such as gears, motors, eccentric weights, chains and bearings, there is absolutely no maintenance and no down time for process industries. The vibratory tray is heavily fabricated duly stiffened with angles. Wear resistance plate can also be provided in the tray for varying abrasive materials. Tray can be made to suit individuals requirements.
Applications :
Vibration Motors are known for generating rotary centrifugal force owing to the unbalance weights fixed to its either sides. In addition to this, frequency of vibration is directly proportionate to motor RPM and the amplitude of vibration that depend on the vibrated mass.
Application Areas :
Vibratory Bowl machine are supplied in many shapes and sizes. The drive unit, available in both electromagnetic and pneumatic drives, vibrates the bowl feeder, forcing the parts to move up a circular, inclined track. The track is designed to sort and orient the parts in consistent, repeatable positions. The track length, width, and depth are carefully chosen to suit the application and component shape and size. Special track coatings are applied according to shape size and material of the parts which aids traction, damage to the product and lower acoustic levels. A variable speed control box is used for controlling the vibration of the bowl feeder and stops the flow of parts to the out feed track via sensors.
Applications :
We offer demagnetizers, meant for removing magnetism in metals. Often in various industrial process, metallic parts are placed in a magnetic field for pressing, cutting and bending due to which they tend to become slightly magnetized. This magnetization is removed by using demagnetizers. Demagnetizers are of different types, shapes, sizes and configurations. Each demagnetizer serve specific purpose.
