Sapphire Fashion House showcases a collection of well designed knitted and woven garments. Introduction Sapphire Fashion house is a fully equipped garment export company. Established in 2010, the company is growing as a manufacturer of Readymade garments. The present production capacity is 1000 garments per day. Even as a young company, cutting, stitching and finishing at Sapphire Fashion House is done in house. At Sapphire Fashion House, the quality of our products is the most important factor. We adhere to quality standards in all our processes from cutting to finishing. The company believes in developing long term business relationships with all its buyers, no matter how big or small. Within the first year of operations Sapphire has been able to secure orders from Sweden, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. The company specializes in garments made from organic, cotton bamboo and soya bean fabric. Our range of products includes:- • Organic Woven & Knitted Garments • Cotton Bamboo Woven & Knitted Garments • Soya Bean Woven & Knitted Garments Quality Compliance: Quality is the most important aspect for us, and we have implemented several quality measures at all stages. Stage 1:-Upon Fabric arrival, the fabric is tested by reputed laboratories for shrinkage, pilling & colour fastness Stage 2:-Initial pieces are then cut to test the patterns and to see if the patterns can be used in production. Stage 3:-Production pieces are then cut, and sent to printing and/or embroidery. Stage 4:-Upon return, the pieces are again sent to a laboratory to test for colour fastness. Stage 5:-The garment is then stitched and is checked by our managers. Stage 6:-After stitching, the pieces go into finishing where they are checked and ironed by professionals, before they are packed and shipped to our customers.
