• V-1 (Clear) : Hard, of uniform color, nearly flat, free of all stains, foreign inclusion, cracks, and other similar defects.
• V-2 (Clear and Slightly Stained) : Hard, of uniform color, nearly flat and very slight air inclusions.
• V-3 (Fair Stained) : Hard, of uniform color, may contain slight waves and slight air inclusions.
• V-4 (Good Stained) : Hard, of uniform color, may contain medium waves slight crystallographic discoloration, and medium air inclusion, heavy waves if specified.
• V-5 (Stained A Quality) : Hard, may contain medium air inclusions, uniformly distributed in the usable area, slight green vegetable stains, medium waviness, and heavy waves if specified.

Our Mica Flakes are grinded from Mica Blocks under optimum conditions of temperature after which they are put through different sieves to filter them. The material that comes out of the sieve holes is graded as per size and has fine color.

• Coarse Mica Flakes : They are sized plus 6 mesh and are used to seal large openings.
• Medium coarse mica flakes : They are sized Plus 10 mesh. Used for dealing with mild circulation loss in porous materials
• Fine Mica flakes : They are the smallest, sized at plus 20 mesh. If a sealing agent with small area is required while passing mud through shaker screen, then Mica Flakes are used.
