Porous plastic discs are used at the two ends of a dialyzer; these discs are used to prevent solid impurities which may be present in the blood from entering the dialyzer and also prevent any solid impurities from leaving the dialyzer as part of the cleansed blood.
Additional porous plastic filter discs are fitted at the entrance pipe of the dialysis fluid; preventing any harmful solid impurities from entering the dialyzer.

Our porous plastic discs are fitted in the plastic pipette tips to prevent the pipette from getting damaged by any aerosols, particulates or effervescence that may escape from the blood / liquid that is sucked into the pipette tip. Further, it ensures uncontaminated sample recovery and accurate results of testing by preventing cross-contamination and sample carryover.Demand for pipette tips with filters has seen an exponential increase over the last few years, due the international standards demanding the highest levels of cleanliness and purity during testing; which can only be achieved by using these porous plastic Pipette Filters in the pipette tips. Our filter discs are of various sizes, depending on the size of the pipette / pipette tip and can easily be fitted in the filter tips.Our superior infrastructure and top-level engineers give us the ability to manufacture Pipette Filters for P-1000 (100 – 1, 000 µl), P-200 (20 – 200 µl) and P-20 pipettes (2 – 20 µl) in bulk and sell them at a relatively low price.Our specialty lies in customizing our products as per the customer’s requirements.
Our Filters for Droppers are 100% inert and will not react with any liquid / chemical that is put into the dropper. We only use international medical grade polypropylene (PP discs), polyethylene (PS Discs) or polystyrene (PE Discs or UHM Discs) for our porous plastic products for filtration for biomedical purposes.Our world-class infrastructure gives us the ability to manufacture these products in bulk and sell them at a relatively low price. We started supplying our filters for biomedical processes over a decade ago to a few pathology labs and health care institutes. Now we successfully provide Filters for Droppers to a large clientele in Mumbai, Pune, Surat, Vapi, Ahmadabad, Gujarat and Karnataka. As the first and only self-sealing filter manufacturer in India, we specialise in porous plastic products that are widely used in Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) testing to analyse blood samples.
Our self-sealing ESR pipette filter’s porous nature allows air to pass through it. However, as soon as our hydrophobic self-sealing filter comes in contact with any liquid (such as blood), it seals itself and prevents the liquid from passing through.

Fluidization is a process in which small solid particles are caused to behave like a fluid by blowing gas or liquid upwards through a membrane or a Fluidization Plate. These Fluidization Plates need to be porous, in order to allow the upward passage of gas or liquid, but simultaneously prevent the downward movement of the solid particles.
Our porous plastic Fluidization Plate discs are designed to be light weight, easily replaceable and inert in nature. We can manufacture these filter discs to meet any air flow rate and back pressure requirement by tweaking the pore size and porosity of the filter plate.
