Anaerobic Digestion Plant works on a particular process in which microorganisms break down biodegradable material into the form of simple CO₂ and H₂O. Our Anaerobic Digestion Plant is widely used for industrial or domestic purposes in order to manage the waste and to produce fuels. Anaerobic Digestion is a process in which the insoluble organic polymers break down to soluble derivatives. This process is immensely used as a source of renewable energy as it produces biogas that consists of methane, carbon dioxide and some traces of other contaminant gases. Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is used for treating the industrial waste water that has been contaminated in some way by industrial or commercial activities. Our Effluent Treatment Plant effectively treats the waste water, thus making it harmless and reusable for other processes. There are various types of Effluent Treatment Plant such as sewage treatment plant (STP), membrane, sequencing batch reactor (SBR),   conventional effluent treatment plant, bio reactor (MBR), moving bed bio-film reactor (MBBR), rotating biological contractor (RBC), aerated lagoon, anaerobic digester, up flow anaerobic sludge blanket reactors, anaerobic lagoon, etc.

A Sewage Treatment Plant is used for treating the sewage water in order to make it safe for the environment. Our Sewage Treatment Plant helps in removing the contaminants from wastewater and household sewage. Sewage Treatment Plant is widely installed in domestic, commercial and institutional sectors. The Sewage Treatment Plant uses physical, chemical, and biological processes so as to remove chemical, physical and biological contaminants. The basic purpose is to produce environmentally safe treated effluent or treated sludge that is suitable for either disposal or reuse.

Reverse Osmosis Plant that we offer make use of reverse osmosis (RO) process to treat or filter the water in order to remove the contaminants. This membrane-technology filtration method effectively removes the various types of ions and large molecules. Our Reverse Osmosis Plant is highly demanded in commercial as well as domestic sectors owing to its reliable purification process.

Multi Effect Evaporator is used for minimizing the emissions from chemical industry. It also recovers the DM water which can be further used in the process. Multi Effect Evaporator recovers the products present in water wash. In our Multi Effect Evaporator, water is boiled in a sequence of vessels and each vessel is placed at a lower pressure than the previous one. In this process only the first vessel requires external source of heat and the remaining ones gets heated with the vapor formation. Our Multi Effect Evaporator uses sensible heat in the condensate to preheat liquor that has to be flashed.

Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP) or electrostatic air cleaner is a kind of particulate collection device that removes particles from a flowing gas like air using the force of an induced electrostatic charge. Our Electrostatic Precipitator is a highly efficient filtration device that minimally impedes the flow of gases through the device and easily removes fine particulate matter such as dust and smoke from the air stream. In comparison to wet scrubbers, an Electrostatic Precipitator applies energy only to the particulate matter being collected.

Water Softening Plant makes use of water softening process that reduces the concentration of calcium, magnesium, and certain other metal cations usually present in hard water, thus providing soft water as an end result. Such hardness ions can become a cause of various effects like less leather formation of soaps, galvanic corrosion, building up of limescale, and various others. Our Water Softening Plant is extensively installed in various industries as well as residential apartments.

Cyclone Separator is a high speed rotating machine that is established within a cylindrical or conical container named as cyclone. In a Cyclone Separator the air flows in a helical pattern, beginning at the top (wide end) of the cyclone and ending at the bottom (narrow) end before exiting the cyclone in a straight stream through the center of the cyclone and out the top. The larger (denser) particles in the rotating stream have too much inertia to follow the tight curve of the stream, and strike the outside wall, then falling to the bottom of the cyclone where they can be removed.  
The multiple-cyclone separators consist of a number of small-diameter cyclones, operating in parallel and having a common gas inlet and outlet, as shown in the figure. Multiple-cyclone separators operate on the same principle as cyclones, i.e., creating a main downward vortex and an ascending inner vortex. Multiple-cyclone separators are more efficient than single cyclones because they are longer and smaller in diameter. The longer length provides longer residence time while the smaller diameter creates greater centrifugal force. These two factors result in better separation of dust particulates. The pressure drop of multiple-cyclone separators collector is higher than that of single-cyclone separators.

Also known as baghouses, our Industrial Dust Collectors flawlessly separate dust particulates from dusty gases, using filtration process. Its fabric bags, which act a filter, efficiently catch the dust particles from dust-laden gases that enter the baghouse. The bags can be of woven or felted cotton, synthetic, or glass-fiber material in either a tube or envelope shape. Our dust collectors are preferred for their economic and efficiency. Our Industrial Dust Collectors can achieve a collection efficiency of more than 99% for very fine particulates.
